A fabulous find. Lovely peaceful site with great views, great value and friendly, on-hand owners.
10 min walk to the centre and train station (and pub🙂👍).
Toilets and shower block were clean and shower was nice and hot, which was very welcome after a days hike.
Will be back soon. Thank you 👍

Nice relaxed and informal site on a working farm.
Fairly short walk to the pubs in Edale although be careful of cars as no footpath.
Friendly owner and good atmosphere.

Good place to camp after a long walk with a great choice of walking routes nearby.
The site was quiet.
It was not too far back to the pub.
The facilities were clean and well looked after.

Excellent camp site location and clean facilities.
Great little find and welcoming owner.
Would definitely recommend.
Only point to note was there was only 1 shower for the men's but we only had to queue once.

This was my first solo trip as a female with 2 dogs, the owner was lovely. I felt safe,
Plenty of accessible hikes from the site, inc mam tor, rushup edge, kinder scout.
Pubs and cafes within walking distance.
The site was clean, quiet and exactly what I was looking for.
I will definitely be returning.

Great campsite in a great location for acces to all the local hills like Jacobs Ladder, Kinder Scout and Grindslow.
£10 a night per person is such good value for money.
The campsite was very well kept, and everyone else staying there was very friendly and respectful.
The toilets and showers were great. They obviously do get a bit mucky as so many people are using them throughout the day but you could tell someone checks them regularly.
Would definitely recommend the campsite.
It's about a 15 minute walk into Edale on a country lane.

This is our second visit to Waterside.
We love it. A simple, friendly site that has everything you need.
Mark and his mum can't do enough for you.
We will be back :)

A lovely site.
Basic, but in a beautiful setting and a location which is convenient for Edale, castleton, Mam Tor etc.
Would definitely go there again if staying in the area.

Excellent location and very picturesque.
Quite a few pitches but big enough space to not feel crowded.
Nice walks in the area.
Facilities include toilets, shower and washing area; all basic but clean.
Only slight downside is walking to the Edale pubs along the road is a little tricky, especially if you have a doggy with you.
