Excellent Site. Well maintained and tranquil.
Great facilities, among the best I've seen.
Nothing too much trouble for owners Will go back and would highly recommend.
Visit Bakewell nearby for nice Restaurants and Pubs.
Only a short drive.

A lovely site, well maintained with clean facilities. Each pitch has a surrounding hedge giving privacy.
Very quiet during our visit but the peace was welcomed.
Chris the site manager made us very welcome and chatted with visitors daily in a friendly and approachable manner.
Would recommend this site to anyone ( nb this is an adults only site)

Had a great stay at clover fields. By far one of the best sites we have visited.
They have thought of everything, even down to emptying the waste water easier than some sites we have been on.
Beautiful facilities and great spacious pitches.
Good dog walk and friendly and informative owner.
We will return.

Lovely site with great facilities.
Friendly welcome, we were directed to our pitch through the telecom at the gate, Chris turned up about 10 mins later with some local info leaflets. We didn't see anyone else the whole time we were there.
Facilities are kept: really clean, lovely and warm and have piped music.
Pitches are big with: bin, electric and water on each one, they are also quite private.
There is a shop and tearoom planned, they will be a great addition because the nearest shop is about a 20 minute walk and it is only a small off-licence. No pub nearby.
Great area for walking and a short drive to Buxton.
The only down side to this site (for us) is there is no WiFi.

Very nice site staff really lovely.
My only criticism would be the shower facilities need updating they are clean but tired looking and the showers only stay on a short time and you have to press them again. Not really a problem in summer but winter I would be cold as you cannot adjust the temperature.
There was only 1 sink and veg preparation area in our block not enough space to wash, dry and put pots in a dry area.
Only a little niggle. Otherwise lovely site.

A lovely site. Couldn’t understand why there were so few units parked up but it was not because of anything to it’s detriment.
Large, level, sunny pitches (we were lucky with the weather). Plenty of room to sit out. Bathrooms were spotless with plenty of hot water.
We tend not to go out in our motorhome so it is a bonus that there is a bus stop outside the gate going in one direction to Buxton and in the other direction to Bakewell, Matlock and eventually Derby. A pity the cafe was not open and not sure whether it will reopen. Speaking to fellow campers it was apparently really good.
It would have been a bonus as at the time of visiting there was no on site shop and no shops in the vicinity- although as mentioned Buxton is really near and we walked there on one of our days via Solomon’s Temple and Pooles Cavern.
We will definitely return.

Amazing place.
Spotlessly clean, quiet and 3 miles walk or bus into Buxton.
Good value.
Don't want to tell people how perfect it is as we may not get back in again if its full!

EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY SECURE, AND WITH AN OPEN ASPECT. Spacious pitches with waste drainage, water and power, plus own waste bin.
Well maintained and attractive site, managed by Chris, very friendly and approachable with vast local knowledge.
Local bus stop to Buxton etc, just five paces from site exit.
Very clean toilet/ showers, heated and with background music.
Easy site entrance, with keypad entry system.
Hopefully, the restaurant will soon re-open.
Highly recommend for a quiet stay.

Lovely, peaceful site with hedges for privacy and each pitch has its own water, EHU and rubbish bin.
Excellent toilet and shower facilities - very clean, warm and well presented.
Disabled facilities are extremely good.
Site overall is well presented, clean and tidy in all areas - spotless in fact. Site owner very friendly and helpful.
Information pack on arrival with leaflets for various attractions in the area a nice touch.
Will definitely return.
