Wow what a site!😁 absolutely perfect if you have young children. The couple who run it are fantastic- let our boys (5 and 7) help walk their dogs round the small holding and were so friendly and chatty with them.
Animal feeding (certain nights only) was really lovely, we were able to go right in with the animals and collect eggs from the chickens.
Site is right next to lovely woods/little heath area where people had put up some rope swings in some of the trees. Beach nearby (pebble) where we found fossilised sharks’ teeth.
Site felt very safe to let children go and play and make friends 😁
Lovely large pitches, very nice toilet/ shower blocks very clean with warm water all day.
Will definitely go back again!

Really loved this family friendly site our children aged 9 & 12 enjoyed the whole experience. (& cuddling the chickens!)
The fire pit was a hit, great to have on site fridge, freezer, shower block & play area and owners were friendly, welcoming & helpful.
Shottisham is a beautiful small village & the nearest shop is a drive away (just so you don't get caught short, )
Plenty to do in the local area, we hired bikes & got them dropped off to us at Rendlesham Forest, enjoyed Woodbridge, Sutton Hoo is very near, as is Bawdsey foot ferry to Felixstowe where the ferry boat Inn provides great food.
Wanted to do more but just ran out of time would definitely go again.

Excellent clean facilities. Good pitches and stunning countryside. Had a great stay.
Recommend you visit town of Woodbridge, it seems that time stood still for it.
I will be back again.

Spacious pitches. Shower/toilet block new. Fridge, freezer and sockets available. Playground.
Chickens visit you in the morning to try to share your breakfast!
Hired a firepit and wood. Did the animal feed session at a previous visit.
Pub doing lovely food walking distance. Shingle street beach 5 mins drive away, swimming can be dangerous there but beautiful

Had a lovely time here again and extended our stay by 2 days. James was very helpful in making these arrangements. If we’d have won the football it would have been even better….
Very clean, welcoming site.

Amazing site, lovely setting, very peaceful.
James was super helpful, showers were lovely and clean and the site was perfect for little ones.
Petes pizza also offered vegan options which was a lovely surprise.
10/10 would definitely stay again.

Really lovely relaxed campsite with good facilities.
Walkable to the village and the pub and to a large playground.
Plentiful and clean toilets and showers and a fridge and freezer and charging point for devices.
Generous pitches with areas of long grass in between camping fields.
The free-range chickens and views of the goats whilst you take a shower give it that extra USP.

There were 3 camper vans in our group. Had a lovely sheltered spot in the campsite all to ourselves.
Facilities were clean and the shower was super.
James was very helpful and any questions answered promptly.
Can also recommend Pete’s pizzas.
