Had a lovely stay at Warren farm last week, great site especially if you have children. We stayed on field 5 & our daughter was free to play on the play park right outside at any time & we could see her at all times from our tent. The Beachcomber was great, there's a well stocked shop, café, chip shop & a fried chicken place in the amusements area. Really liked the fact you can pick your own pitch & no wardens complaining that your slightly over the line etc. Washing facilities were fab even at a really busy time, thoroughly recommend and we look forward to our next visit here.

The best thing about this site is the location across the road from the beach (accessed by a small sand path) and in the quieter part of Brean opposite end to the lesuire park so location I have marked 8/10 unfortunately nothing else fairs well
Toilets/Shower Block
Really scummy and dirty, not fresh dirt but ingrained dirt hair and dust in all corners very messy with toilet roll wipes and water everywhere, Peak season is not an excuse as cleaners should of been more attentive to these areas and the whole block needs a deep deep clean it was very unhygienic.
Pitches
Fair size grass flat pitches you can pick your own and are given a diagram to follow for pitching rules which no one seems to follow. Not enough dog bins/rubbish bins are on site. The major problem is noise as from late afternoon large groups pump up the volume crank up the bbq and get plastered cars kids and adults everywhere lots of swearing and loud shouting this should be monitored strictly by site personnel as this is such a big site I believe it could quickly become out of hand. Lots of kids and bikes which personally doesn't bother me as I have my own however I keep mine under control and in my eyesight unlike others who kids are rampaging everywhere with no concern for anyone however that's not the sites fault.
Facilities are ok, site shop that does cashback and is licensed, amusement arcade my daughter loved and ok play parks for younger ones, the lake is pretty but not set up for the serious fisherman and the dog walks fab the site is surrounded by fields and is lovely at the back but on field 5 its very windy and open. The Sunnyside chip/chinese restaurant just outside the park is Fab excellent food, fresh cooked and was always busy its 5* the ice cream parlour is also good with friendly staff. I don't think the BEachcomber is big enough fo the size of the site it has a full entertainment programme and a nice menu it seemed but its a typical on site club and is packed by 5pm for the duration.
CHEMICAL WASTE TOILET NEEDS ANTIBAC AND A HANDWASH ASAP
All in all too busy and over populated, dire toilet and shower block and very noisy. Ok for a big group as noise not monitored but wouldn't go back, will defo use the area and Chinese again though !

Booked children free field however children were camped with parents playing ball games very family orientated and dog friendly. Pub reasonable priced but you pay for what you get no frills but OK. If the back gates were open short walk but always locked so had to stomp through the site out the front and down the road, pitch was good size and lit gently at night nice people there value for money 7/10. Showers were spotless 50p for 8mins.

This is an excellent site, fantastic value for money. The toilet and shower facilities are exceptional, the staff are lovely and very helpful and the site is kept immaculately clean. We stayed on field 6 , one of the wardens on field 6 was always busy keeping it spotless. It is a very well family run, site and a delight to stay on.

This was our first stay at Warren Farm, having stayed at another large site just down the road previously. We had always visited the Beachcomber Bar (part of Warren Farm) whilst staying at the other site so thought that we should try Warren Farm. Well it was amazing. We arrived in pouring rain, we toured around the field 6 where we had booked (no pets field) to find that most pitches were under water. The rain had been terrible that morning as we made the last 30 miles from our Hotel in Bristol to Brean.
After having gone round and round the campsite the warden for field 6 the warden came running after us and wanted to help. She showed us to 2 pitches where there was no standing water in the middle of them and said we could use both of them as it would be quieter that week we were there.
We got our Corado 4 up and fully fitted out in around 2 hours luckily without rain, from mid-afternoon that day and for the next 11 days it was wall to wall sunshine.
The warden checked on us every day, doing her rounds, and was the most enthusiastic, pleasant, understanding and caring person/warden we have ever come across on a camping holiday.
The Beachcomber Bar/Clubhouse at Warren farm is absolutely brilliant, great food, great prices and after a hot day in the sun a very cold pint of Thatchers Cider for £3. 20/pint was very welcome. Buy 4 pints in a jug for £10. 99. The compere in the Beachcomber, in early evening in the bar when there was not too many people around his intelligent and witty banter was well received together with his amazing talent to find quizzes at short notice for light entertainment.
We were lucky the week we stayed as it was ‘Tribute week’ Michael Jackson 10/10, Dusty Springfield 11/10, UB40 10/10, Peter Kay 10/10, Paul McCartney 3/10. All free entertainment and first class except the last one.
One down side of this park was the café. We tried a cooked breakfast just once. I’m afraid in this day and age greasy fried food is not good and this was swimming in it. The staff was disinterested in us, no interaction or pleasantries. The shop was small, but well stocked with a wide range of produce at reasonable prices.
The reception staff were pleasant when we arrived and gave us a substantial and relevant pack of information about Warren Farm and the surrounding area that we found very useful.
The toilets were always absolutely spotless, the washbasins and showers the same. No streaky marks on mirrors and very pleasantly laid out.
The beach is straight across the road less than 5 mins away. We didn’t use all the facilities at Warren Farm as we prefer nice quiet days of which we had plenty.
I cannot recommend Warren Farm highly enough, and its not the first choice of most from Yorkshire a good 250 miles away, but worth every mile there and back, We’ve booked Warren Farm for a short Caravan holiday there late this season, and fully intend to book another 14 nights camping there next summer.

I use warren farm all through the season and have never had any reason to complain, [unlike some that have left reviews on here! if they want a site without dogs or children and no noise before 10. 30 at night perhaps they should pitch up in a farmers field miles from all of us that go to enjoy every thing going on round us]as for warren I have been going to this site for over 20 years and know the staff by first names, they are always very helpful and always have time to stop and chat, the site is kept spotless and facilities always kept spotless even at busy times, nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. 6, some members have worked there for as long as I have been going there and are never miserable. Prices are the lowest you will ever find, hence a very busy popular site. The food that can be bought is of very good quality and very generous portions, and reasonable prices. [my partner and I find we have breakfast in our van but dine out on site as it is cheaper than running to supermarkets and cooking ourselves leaving more time to enjoy our stay] we are retuning again this weekend to warren speaks for itself. If you want a good clean site with everything on site and reasonable prices come down to warren farm. SEE YOU THERE?

We come to Warren Farm each year and on occasions twice during the year. Previously we have never had a problem using our Three modem but this year it would not work.
We paid £12 for the week for wifi and it has to be the worst wifi provider we have ever used as signal is poor and keeps dropping out. Hence only 7 stars.
Plus side is that the site is close to the beach and within easy walking distance. Nearby are a Chinese and a Fish & Chip shop plus the Brean Down Inn. Lots of dog walks just a pity that many people on site don't bother to keep their dogs on a lead and the wardens don't seem to bother.

When you arrive you are greeted by a fantastic modern reception area. Checking in was easy and the staff helpful. You don't get allocated or can't book a pitch, just drive around and find one you are happy with.
This was our first outing with our new puppy, we stayed in field 5.
To make things easier we have made some positives and negative points.
POSITIVE.
Dedicated pet fields
Brilliant dog exercise areas
The fields are immaculate, pitches have lots of space and there are always people walking around collecting litter.
Fenced off football areas.
Great dish washing facilities, plenty of stations, water always hot.
A small shop which caters for most things you would need for a short break
Ice cream parlour, 99p for a massive 99 whippy between the hours of 4-5 everyday.
Very close to the beach
NEGATIVES
Toilet blocks, these could do with a revamp. No main door on the blocks makes them extremely cold.
The showers you have to pay 50p for 8 mins. (suppose this is reflected in the pitch price) DO NOT feed the meter as my wife did. She put in £1 but only got 8mins.
In the gents on 2 mornings they smelt of smoke which wasn't pleasant. I did go to the reception on the second morning to make a comment, first thing they said was had we told the warden!. Erm, no. I've come to reception as surely that's where you go to make a complaint. I will be honest and say its a minor negative as it wouldn't stop us from returning.
There is a play barn and a pub/club we didn't use either but I' saw plenty of people who did. We enjoyed our 5 night break here and would return. Kids loved it as plenty of other kids to make friends with.

WOW! we've just come back from a 5 night stay in our tent at warren farm, great toilet/shower/wash facilities immaculately clean, play parks on every field and indoor playbarn so plenty for the kids to wander off and do, food at beachcomber fantastic value and really tasty. The kids were a little disappointed that there was only entertainment on 1 day (Saturday) while we were there, but I'm sure in peak times this changes, our field wardens were fantastic and made a big site feel very friendly and warm. Our kids loved pets corner and want to go back in the summer. Would definitely recommend.
Beach is a stones throw, and big funfair a couple of miles away. We visited the grand pier (and bought wrist bands for £12. 50 definitely worth the money) and wookey hole has added a lot more attractions since I last went 16yrs ago, I wouldn't say its a whole day out unless you spend hours in the playbarns but definitely worth a visit (book online for 15% discount and you don't have to nominate a day or print off)

Had a week camping at Warren Farm and cannot wait to go back. The site was clean and tidy, showers spotless and there was always one available. Good size pitches. Shops on site had nearly everything that you needed, not bad prices either. We were on field 11 which is a little bit quieter than the other fields. The field was situated next to the brean down inn which served good food and drinks at a reasonable price. There is also a Chinese next door which was not bad either. We ate more at the Beachcomber which I have to say was a fantastic meal at a good price. There is plenty to do, Brean leisure park is a short drive away and you can also visit Weston Super Mare and Burnham on sea in good time. We visited the Wookey Hole which is a great day out. Warren farm is a little bit out the way than most of the other parks which are all on top of each other in the main part of Brean but I liked this as you can go into the madness and come away to somewhere quiet and relaxed. Will definitely be going back to warren farm, A great place to stay and even came home with a sun tan.
Stayed August 2013, travelled with family
