Spent 8 nights at warren farm in mid July. Friendly welcome. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay giving good advice on when and where to visit local towns and attractions. Got very busy at the weekend and at one point we wondered if the influx of large tents on Friday and Saturday might mean a noisy night ahead. This wasn't the case however everyone was very well behaved and it quietened down around10pm. Wardens patrolled the site regularly and overall the site was well run good value and very clean. Well stocked shop and all you need relatively close by. The road to Weston supermare is twisty and I wouldn't recommend brining your caravan or large motor home down it. Don't follow the sat nav continue to the next junction off the m5 and go in via burnham on sea, far easier! I'll have no issue using the site again next time I'm in the area. Recommended,

Stayed here for 4 nights during peak time.

Nice site with good pub, shop, chippy, etc. I found the children running around the site quite annoying, as they have no respect for people or property. Not the sites fault, more the parents, but the site warden did speak to some kids when a lady complained.

Something to note, the showers cost 50 pence a go for 8 minutes. This adds up very quickly, especially when young teens are showering twice a day. We spent £15 on showers during our stay here.

I do think either the cost should be included in you pitch fees or they should reduce both the cost and duration of them.

Field 3 was a busy field. If we were to stay again I would go for a quieter field.

Good access to beach and local area.

We've been going to this site for years and I've never submitted a review, so I thought its about time I do one.

Staying at Brean you've got Burnham on Sea on one side and Weston Super Mare on the other side.

I stay mainly on the sunnyside field (field 11) which is a quieter field from the other parts of Warren Farm site. I've also stayed on field 6 in the main site. Which was a lot noisier.

If you want a quieter camping trip then go to sunnyside but this can also depend on what time of the year you go. I tend to camp when the kids are still at school.

Sunnyside has a shower block, dishwashing facilities, laundrette. There is a pub and a take away at the entrance of the site. The shop is called Bunnies and is on the main site. There is a little office on Sunnyside or the main reception on the main site. You book in at the reception of the site your staying at. All staff are really helpful.

You're surrounded by beautiful countryside where you camp and you can either walk through passages or drive on to the beach. You will be charged to take your car on the beach.

At Brean and at Weston. There are miles of beach and even on a hot day was never that crowded.

Locally you can climb to a fort on top of a hill which is National Trust property if your mad or fit enough!

If you have children you can take them into Brean as there is a funfair but I'm not sure if its part of Pontins. There is also a market in the centre of Brean as well but I can't remember which day it is on.

There is a short drive into Burnham on Sea as well as Weston.

There's so many attractions around that area you won't be bored!

The only downside about this site if your in a tent and the weather is as bad as the last two summers the pitches can retain the water and you can be flooded, always check their website.

The main site has a lake where you can fish and on most of the camp sites there are swings etc for the children.

Also T4 do a 'party in the park' in Weston and when I was on the main site, T4 was on and the site was very busy at noisy at times.

This is one of my favourite sites and their prices can be a lot cheaper than other camp sites either in the same area or with same facilities.

Just returned from a week at Warren Farm the site is fab if you have children and don't mind being woken up early every morning! We were on field 6 as my husband is disabled, there seems to be an unwritten law that you have to go to the loos in your car and leave the engine running while you are in there.

The site is very well maintained and toilets clean as is the dish wash area. Unfortunately the huge amount of units there means that there are hundreds of children running amok - in and out of the toilets on scooters screaming at the top of their voices at all hours with no parents in sight! Also there are so many units crammed in you have no privacy and can hear everything from the next unit.

It is a very noisy site but the facilities are great we found the staff friendly and helpful but we will not be returning here it is too busy.

The area around is very pretty and everything you need can be found reasonably nearby Cheddar and Longleat a must. All in all a lovely holiday spoilt by inconsiderate people.

We Have just Bought A new Tent So decided To give it a Run out on warren farm for 6 nights. We Had An absolutely great time. The Site is well planned out with plenty of space between pitches, plenty of play areas for the little ones.

We stayed in field 6 as my wife is disabled, were close to the toilet and washing facilities which were kept immaculately clean and tidy. The couple who are the designated wardens for this area work very hard to keep the place spotless. They are a great source of information and gave us lots of tips etc.

Our stay was so enjoyable that we have booked another 4 night break for the middle of July.

We Highly recommend this site for everyone there is very little to dislike.

If you are a dog owner there are fields for you guys and plenty of dog walking areas,

If you are into your course fishing there is one large lake and a couple of smaller ponds. Fishing is free if staying here. But just remember you still need a rod license.

Your only a couple of minutes walk from the beach through the little lane opposite the entrance and you are there.

The shop on site is very reasonably priced and carries a very wide variety of items so if you have forgotten anything chances are they will stock it.

All in all a very nice place to stay and are looking forward to many more short breaks here.

Stayed here for two nights. The park is easy to find. All the facilities at Warren Farm are kept immaculately clean, and well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they do a great job. The park is well located for local attractions such as brean leisure park and the beach. The shower and toilet block is the best that we have seen, and kept spotlessly clean. Its 50p for a shower but well worth it. We will definitely be going back

Arrived easy booking at reception. Area in which pitches where clean and spacious. Hook up was close enough. The toilet/shower block was clean and was cleaned often with a laundrette and separate washing facilities for dishes pots pans. Each field has its own block for showering, plenty to do fishing tractor rides walks and the beach was less than 400m from reception. We planned a 2 night stay and ended up booking 2more nights. Fantastic. The staff where wonderful. The wardens they couldn't do enough for us ant there was even a night security guard. We are off home now to plan coming again asap thank you warren farm

Went here for the first May Bank Holiday and stayed 3 days in Field 3. On initial arrival the reception team were very welcoming and we were quickly through the arrival process. It was pick your pitch on arrival, so most of the sheltered pitches had already gone (note to self to remember. Of course if it's near the sea then it is going to be pretty breezy). So, field 3. One side of it is sheltered but against a road, one side of it is bordered by a hedge and sheltered by the statics, the other two sides are pretty open. Pitching is pretty level all round, but as it was so breezy I would take some rock pegs.

Toilet and shower block are close by, and generally stayed in pretty good condition given that the site was full. Shop was stacked with the essentials, but if you're looking for a good selection of fresh stuff then you'll need to go to the supermarket which is about 4 miles up the road. Fish and chip shop. Good value and well cooked, and cafe likewise. Not a huge menu, but certainly enough. You can get cashback at the shop for 40p charge which is pretty reasonable. Great location for the beach which is a 5 minute walk away.

Overall, great staff, cheerful and always happy to help. Good location and good facilities, but I wouldn't come back here in a peak season time because there were too many people who let their pets roam (although they do have pet free fields. Maybe that would have been a better option). And there was just too much 'car stereo' noise. I don't object to people's music as there's nothing nicer than a beer and listening to it, but it does need to be turned down a bit, especially in the evenings.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last few years, either in April or September so out of the main holiday season (when a little quieter), fantastic value for money.

Pitches are a really good size, not allocated so you get to pick your own pitch. If you don’t mind pitching up away from the facilities you can get some very nice quiet spots.

Site is spotless; grass cut daily, toilets cleaned at least twice a day by dedicated cleaners for each field. We have stayed in field 6 (no pets) field 5 and our favourite field 3 (both pet friendly).

Fishing lake (don’t fish so not sure if any costs apply but always seems busy), football pitch/sports filed, archery and climbing tower during peak season for kids. Children play barn (didn’t use so can’t comment). Yes showers are 50p for about 8 minutes but well worth it. Beachcomber pub with nightly entertainment (full diary) again didn’t visit so cannot comment. Always windy but you do get used to it after a while and you expect it lol.

Site shop well stocked, chip shop and café serve breakfast did not use so not sure if good value or not. Open air market every Wednesday during summer season, busy at weekends when seasonal pitch owners visit.

Fantastic Chinese take away in Burnham on Sea (sorry can’t think of the name but by the ESSO petrol garage however they will not deliver to the site, Asda, Tesco Summerfield supermarkets all within 10 minutes’ drive.

Security warden patrols nightly, we have had to speak to them once about noisy neighbours. They approached them and music was turned down.

Good base for visiting surrounding area, Cheddar Gorge, Longleat, Weston and Burnham on Sea.

Great site well maintained staff are very pleasant. We will always return. Don’t just take my word for it give it a try, you will not be disappointed
