First time stay at this Park for 4 nights commencing 7th April 2011. Very easy to find once leaving the motorway, just follow the signs for Brean Leisure Park and just keep driving on the same road, past the Leisure Park until you see Warren Farm on your Left, its the last but one campsite on that road. We pre-booked via the website and Booking in on arrival was easy, all paperwork was ready for us to collect
We stayed on Field 5, Disabled and pets allowed site, and were given free picking of our pitch. As it was Low Season we were allowed to arrive anytime from 9am onwards and were allowed to depart at any time before 8pm on the day of departure. Field 5 has both EHU and none EHU pitches and has swings and a play area for the children. Our neighbours on the site informed us that they come regularly and that Field 5 is the quietest and nicest of the fields available.
We arrived on Thursday morning and only found about a dozen or so campers already their, but by Friday evening the field was heaving, but no uncomfortably so, there is plenty of space between pitches so that you don't feel you are living in each other pockets. Hubby is a keen fisherman and the site has its own lake, the closest field to the lake being Field 5, its quite a large lake which could do with some maintenance, there are supposedly some large fish in their but he only caught 2 small 2 pounders, no boilies allowed and no keep nets.
The shower block, washing up area and laundry room are all immaculate and cleaners are in there throughout the whole day keeping them spotless, and a fine job they do!, showers cost 50p for 8 minutes and there are 10 showers per block (male/female) and approx 20 toilets, hairdryers are available in the shower block at no extra charge and 3 of the shower rooms also contain wash basins and mirrors, the other 7 are just shower rooms.
There is a play room on site for the children, an amusement arcade, chip shop (which unfortunately was only serving pies and sausages at the point we used it!), a small self service shop which we used daily for breakfast items and milk and which was very reasonably priced. As you leave the park and turn left there is a fishing tackle shop, a gift shop, an ice cream parlour and the Beachcomber Inn for nightly entertainment and food, again fairly reasonably priced, turn left out of the park, and you will find Bunnies Supermarket, which has a wider range of food and goods, all again reasonably priced. The Beach is literally straight over the road from the park entrance, although you will need good legs to climb the pathway that leads you there and the sand is wonderful, although the Sea never seemed to come in!
Thoroughly enjoyable stay, will definitely be returning. We paid £50 for 3 people for a 4 night stay in Low Season, with EHU and it was definitely worth the money.

Visited this site during october half term week.
We was in field 6 which was full, but didn't feel over crowded.
The toilet/shower block was unreal for a campsite, it was so modern, clean and endless supplies of hot water. 50p for an 8 minute shower which was the best shower I've used on a site before. As the site was cheaper than others we stop at we didn't mind paying 50p at all.
Kids play areas in all fields were ok but our two didn't think they were that good.
The play barn is good on a wet day, 10 pin bowling and a free ball pool.
We enjoyed the club house, great food and entertainment.Musical youth were great.
The beach is a 3 minute walk and is huge, would love to experience it in the summer.
Only one fault I found was the water taps and waste drain are raised off the ground by about 60cm so I had to lift my water/waste hog but hey they say exercise is good!
We look forward to our return next year.

We stayed at this site and we were both quite impressed. The site itself was well kept and cared for and the facilities were modern and clean.
The 50p for the showers is reasonable as you get a good time but make sure you are ready you put your 50p in then you get 2 minutes to get ready.
We tried the chipshop / chinese on site and found it to be good not the best in the world but had much worse. Down from the site you can park on the beach which is novel.
There are plenty of caravan/camping supplies shops and there is a supermarket on site which is well stocked (not the cheapest but what do you expect).
Burnham is a nice little town and I recommend the market. All in all we would return here again!

Just spent a week here in torrential rain and wind but the sun did shine once or twice! Wonderful site, we couldn't fault a thing.
We were four wrinklies so don't have to worry about kids any more but could see that they were well catered for.
Toilets and showers were immaculate, much appreciated by my husband.
Staff all friendly and helpful especially in the shop and bar service.
Local bus route outside the main gate which we used, handy when in a motorhome and don't want to move it.
I personally don't cook in the evenings when on holiday so was delighted with the food and ambience at the Beachcomber and the Brean Down Inn up the road (which was dog friendly, our friends have a small elderly dog)Entertainment every night throughout the season, right to the end of October at the Beachcomber.
We were pleasantly surprised that we were part of Brean Country and Western week - the costumes walking the street during the day had to be seen to be believed, watching them dance was a joy!
We will certainly be returning to this lovely area and excellent site.

What can I say that hasn't been said this site is brilliant it has everything you need lots of people on site but never rowdy.
We have just returned from here after 16 days. Cant fault the site, good for young and old. Not our 1st visit we come at least once a year.
It's lovely to go to sleep with the sound of the sea we always stop on sunnyside, as we have dogs, so you hear the sea even though you have got a road between. Plenty of walks for the dogs fishing markets everything you need.
Weston Super Mare not to far away Wells and Glastonbury as well. Burnham on sea is great too plenty of shops Morrisons supermarket Lidl. Tesco just outside burnham.

Just returned from a 3 night stay sept 19, this is a big site split into different fields and must say very well spaced out, we have 2 dogs and stayed in field 5, so first lets do the negatives.
As we have 2 dogs the dog field is to far away most dogs would have done there thing by the time they got to the dog walk.
As a pet field there are no waste bins around the field for putting No2s in, the only bins are by the shower block. That all the negatives.
The staff are very friendly
The shower block was immaculate and probably rate this 10 out of 10, There was every thing for kids to do, ball field, a park, fishing lake, petting zoo, a pub, takeaway.
On the whole I would give this site a 9/10.
Would recommend.

Myself and family and wifes friend stayed for the half term week the first 4 days were great bit of rain but hey what do you expect. Friday though this all change I brought my son up to respect others peace and quiet, unlike the family who moved in behind us. There children where just like animals not only that but my wife car suffered significant damage to paintwork whilst staying there to which the cost has come too £625 this was an expensive holiday! We did contact park security but they don't venture out, and when we spoke to the park director he said its the first time this season and did not make any attempt to speak to the culprits. Because of this we cut our holiday short by 2 days and left. I'm concerned that anyone with young children staying at this park who don't want to be subject to this abuse need to take heed of this.

We have just returned from a week at Warren Farm,
We arrived Bank Holiday weekend (very, very windy) and the site was very full, had to complain to reception on Monday evening about the pitching of our neighbours tent which was put up very close to our awning they didn't position themselves centre to the white markers which made them intrude onto our pitch!
The management did come over but only made them move their windbreaks not their tent! wasn't to happy about that! my concern is the lack of regard to fire regulations having units to close! It does state on their website that the pitches are level and generous for car, unit & awning if required, but this was not the case for us, as a caravan went the other side of us and again with poistion of their awning and windbreaks there was nowhere for us to put our car!
We went to Warren Farm on a recommendation from a fellow caravan club rallier as there is lots of facilities for children of all ages and the beach is just across the road (5 mins walk).
They have a small playbarn, a few amusements, pool tables, some gunniea pigs that you can put to bed and cuddle, on Friday & Saturday's evening there are free tractor rides around the park.
Each field has it's own small play park and there is a very large field that you can play football, netball/volleyball etc. I have to say that my children loved it (11yrs & 7yrs) and they want to return, but we will NOT because of the pitching issues, which is a shame because it is in a lovely location.
Only used the toilet a couple of times very clean, used the one in the van didn't use the showers as it was 50p for 8 mins, showered in the van! did some washing very reasonable £2.00 for a wash and 50p for 20mins in the tumble tryer!
Would recommend going on the Wheel in Weston-Super-Mare £15.00 for a family of four and you are the wheel for about 15mins, excellent views across to Barry Island in Wales!

This is our 3rd visit this year. End of April June sept.
Great site. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained.
The shower toilet block well maintained kept clean. Lots of shower/toilets no queuing here & they are lovely.
Always see the cleaners in the shower/toilet block or checking for dropped litter on site.
Great for walks to beach access straight from warren car park. Plus a great idea from this park.
If you arrive to late for booking/or to early. The car park has a surprise. On booking ask.
Brean leisure park 1half mile down road. Plus more to look at whilst walking.
Local Asda in Highbridge. Tesco. Morrisons.
Cheap local shops also plus on site shops are well stocked reasonable prices.
Burnham just 3 miles down rd nice town centre easy to get.
The site also has huge market on field 3.
Plus local carboots.
Their own beachcomber is pleasant also, lovely meal we had just under £20 with drinks for 2. Get a free coffee voucher also in guest pack. Bonus.
We yet have a fault with warren will keep going back.
Warren Farm have excellent facilities clean well maintained, plus disabled too.

This site has everything you could wish for! We stayed on the Sunnyside part which is relatively quiet, or it was after Bank holiday Monday which has wonderful views looking over to Weston. The site is so large you could easily spend a day ambling around each field, fishing lake and play fields.
Each field has its own facilities which are all modern and kept surprisingly clean for the amount of use they get. The showers do cost 50p and last for 10 minutes but are well worth this fee as they are roomy with a shelf, hooks and a stool to put belongings and always with hot water. For 3 nights we ate in the Beachcomber which serves excellent food and had entertainment every night which was enjoyable and free.
Brean itself is well located for visiting the local areas many attractions and only 20 - 30minutes drive away from Weston.
The only criticism was that I could forsee problems with many of the pitches should there be heavy rain. We were told that we should position the back of our tent by the markers on the fence posts and nearly all of these pitches were in a hollow - not too bad if your in a caravan and above the ground but not too good in a tent on the floor! Maybe for a site that has everything some of the revenue should now be spent on the pitches themselves raising them slightly above road level for better drainage.
I must say though this was a superb site with excellent facilities and we had wall to wall sun every day of our 5 day stay. We shall certainly visit again.
