We arrived initially for a 1 night stopover stay but decided to extend it by 2 extra nights which was fantastic.
Nice on site shop and fabulous Entertainment in the Beachcomber. We did not eat at the site but the menu was reasonably priced.
The site is 1 mile out of Brean Sands, which was a bit of a treck and with very limited spaces to park was a bit of a nightmare!
We would return to the site as all the staff were friendly and helpful but make sure next year not to go at the same time as it was Country and Western week in Brean and is really not my cup of tea!
We will be back to this site with site fees at only £10. 50 with hook up! Bargain!

Just returned from our first ever camping trip at Warren Farm. Didn't know what to expect as new to camping however was not disappointed.
We booked a pitch on Field 5 and upon arrival was given a really handy welcome pack and told to choose our own pitch on field 5. After driving around feld 5 (which is quite large) we picked a pitch with plenty of room around it and set up our tent.
The field itself was very clean and tidy and seemed to be maintained very well. Despite it being a bank holiday weekend the toilets/showers were all kept very clean and found it very handy that the park had a built in baby bath which was great when travelling with a one year old.
We stayed at the park for two nights and both evenings we visited the beachcomer inn. Food and drink were reasonably priced and the beachcomer offered great entertainment in the newly refurbished room, please note that the entertainment lounge is only accessible to 12+ at weekends however can be used by the whole family during the week.
In addition to this, the park really caters for family's with young children as there is a small animal corner where my daughter went to hold the guinea pigs and also the playbarn.
To be fair the playbarn could probably do with a good clean however it is peak season at the end of the school holiday and as you can imaging has had plenty of use over the summer.
The arcade was really reasonably with kiddles rides only costing 10p compared with the usual 50p/£1.
All in all we had a great introduction to camping so much so that my daughter wants to go back again next week! We are planning a return journey before Septembers out.

I have never seen so many caravans, campervans or tents all in one place before. This site is a city within itself. By far the biggest site I have ever seen, never mind stayed on.
Site is across the road from the beach, and approx 1 mile down the road from the centre of Brean. About 25 minutes drive from Weston Super Mare.
On arrival I was told to pitch in line with a 'white marker' and just left to it to choose our own pitch. We were in field 11 (no pets) which contained approx 75 units (and I think this was the smallest field!)
The best way I can describe this camping field is to say 'imagine a running track, the play area is in the middle and the units pitch on the outside'.
Play area is adequate for kids of all ages. In addition there is a 'pets corner' where kids can stroke and feed the animals.
Next to pets corner is a 'play barn' for kids within the arcade to keep them occupied.
There are 2 pubs at the front of the site, both reasonably priced and serve hot food, although The Beachcomber is the place to be if you want entertainment as this has evening entertainment each night, starting with something for the kids and then usually a singer/comedian later on.
2 shops on site, both well stocked and reasonably priced.
Several take aways (chip shop, burgers, kebabs, chinese) all at the front of the site and well priced.
I also saw a fishing lake and there is a huge dog walking area (neither of which we used)
Toilets and showers are well looked after. Each field has a separate block. I used these approx 10 times across the week and I have to say that every time I went in, there was a cleaner in there.
There are 9 showers in the male block which are 50p for 8 minutes which isn't too bad. And plenty of room for washing/shaving etc
All in All, we had a good week, nice site and we will visit again

Fantastic stay at Warren Farm. Beechcomer pub was excellent value for money. Beautiful foods served, the fantastic chef accommodated our Autistic son, without any groans etc. On the sunday carvery our son will eat only meat & mash potatoe, but the chef sorted him out with plenty of meat, also I have to recommend the lamb & mint pie. All totally delicious!
Warren Farm have a small ice cream parlour next to the pub, I also have to recommend theircream tea, this was £2. 69, but you had a massive mug of tea or coffee, a large fruited scone, large helping of clotted cream & a mini jar of strawberry conserve. This was so delicious and a really good price too.
We stayed on field 3, there was a large toilet block with plenty of loos, 10 showers, 2 vanity ujits, approx 10 handbasins, a large crock sink to easj babies in, 2 disabled loos & bathrooms, attached to this was a laundry with 3 washets & 3 dryets in. It was £2 for washing which took aprox 30 mins & 50p per 20 mins to dry. Next to the laundry all attached to the same toilet block was an indoor dish wash room, free hot water oh yes there were 2 sinks for washing clothes in too. Iron hire available from reception.
In the ladies toilets there were 4 free hairdryers!
Showers are 50p, there is a delay timer to enable you to put your money in the correctly numbered shower, then it comes on automatically, just the right temperature & is then on for 8 minutes, at the end it just stops!
Fantastic family site, has lots of fields, accepts pets, got a dog walking area, friendly helpful staff at reception.
A must visit approx an hour away is the clarks shopping village. Managed to get my 2 fitted with schl shoes, saved at least £10 on each pair!
All in all a must visit!

Great site, near beach and has its own bar on site and takeaway. Ideal for my first solo camp trip as felt safe with plenty of people around. Facilities cleaned regularly. Reception area good. Has camping areas which allow dogs and some that don't. Fishing available at the lakes on the park. Childrens play areas, indoor and outdoor and a pets corner! Very close to the beach, has its own footpaths onto the beach. Bus stop just outside the entrance for bus to Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare. Great site, would stay there again.

Stayed at this site for seven days, couldn't fault the facilities the toilet and shower block were always kept clean and also the washing up area was too. Our pitch had electric hook up and the beach was just across the road. The shop had everything you could of needed and also the takeaway was always open 12 till 9.
The only downside was it was very windy which made it difficult to sit outside the tent and also it did say you could get free wi fi but we were unable to receive it. All in all a very nice site.

I stayed here for 4 nights in my campervan with my 8 year old son. I paid £80 which included EHU and I thought this was very reasonable considering it was high season and the site has plenty of facilities. The site is massive but very well maintained. When we arrived there weren't many pitches left but we found a nice one against the hedge. It was very breezy when we arrived and I struggled with our small awning. There were plenty of people about but nobody offered to help so I had to give up. I was slightly concerned that it was going to be noisy as there were so many people but I can honestly say I didn't hear any noise at night and only minimal noise during the day. The toilets and showers were very nice and mainly clean although some people didn't seem to respect them and left rubbish behind. The showers are 50p for 8 minutes which is a bit of a pain when you have to shower a child as well but no real problem, although if your 50p runs out halfway through your shower you have to leave your cubicle and put another coin in the meter which is situated near the main entrance!
My son loved the pets' corner, especially the 'hold the guinea pigs' sessions at 6. 30 every evening. He also enjoyed the Play Barn although there really wasn't any need to use it much as the weather was so good. Brean beach is huge and ideal for playing ball games etc but don't expect to be able to go for a paddle or a swim if the tide is out. There is dangerous mud and sinking sand at low tide! We caught the bus from outside the site into Weston Super Mare a couple of times and also to Burnham on Sea. If we'd had more time we would have visited Wells which is a beautiful place. Overall a great place but not the sort of place to go if you like small and intimate sites.

Arrived on site and got booked in really quick
I was on field 5, was told to pitch anywhere but centre on the white arrow, wasn't able to do this as my neighbours and encroached onto my pitch, not a problem as the pitches are plenty big
Pitch was excellent, nice soft ground to get pegs in, well kept grass and very very clean, they were litter picking and grass cutting every day
Playground in Field 5 my kids loved, plenty of things to play on
Fishing lakes are great
There is rock climbing and archery free every Tuesday and Thursday, kids loved this as well
Toilet blocks were spotless and well equipped, 50p for shower is well worth it, nice and hot and powerful, been on sites where you have free showers but they are cold and dribble out.
Shops, there are two mini supermarkets on site, the second one near field 11 is the best, they do offers and have a greater range, the one near the main entrance is ok but does not offer the deals.
40p charge for cash back which is better than the £1. 95 for using cash machines,
Nesse cafe is awesome, breakfast was hot fresh and quick, the portions are massive and present excellent value for money
Food in the Beachcomber is also well priced and massive portions
Entertainment is great, the kiddies entertainers are fab
The cabaret bar is great
Ice cream shop is awesome and not too expensive,
Play barn is great, kids loved it, went every day
The pets corner at 6 is ok, get to hold guinea pigs and sit on a donkey but that's it
Didnt do the farm walks, didn't have time, we were there for 5 days
Only thing missing is a swimming pool but we had a lovely time, never visited the beach as everyone we seen coming back was covered in mud, but that is not the sites fault.
Had no problems with other people on site as stated in some other reviews
Security was great, they were driving round the pitches very regular in the night
We are going again this year and plan 4 holidays on here next year
It is definitely worth a stay

Large site that is well maintained.
Being in a tent we were shown to a pitch which was in an area of the site that was dwarfed by caravans and was particularly noisy with lots of children around. We asked the warden if we could go somewhere quieter and we were shown to the meadow area, which is for tents only and suited us better.
We pitched ourselves away from everyone else and found, given the size of the site it was fairly quiet. The pitch size was good, the toilets were plentiful and cleaned often, you do have to pay extra for the shower but didn't mind that to much. Unfortunately whilst we were there there were a number of caravans broken into and we were woken one evening by a lady shrieking as she had been broken into whilst she was in her caravan, shame but guess it is not the fault of the site.
On site there is a shop, children's play area and a bar. There is a chip shop/Chinese takeaway and cafe on site which were all fine as well.
This is a good well maintained site and we have nothing really to say bad about it but we like smaller sites so probably wouldn't go again but only because it isn't really our type of place.

This was my second stay at Warren Farm, this year on field 5 which allows pets, we were towards the bottom end of the field where the pitches were of good size. The site is just over the road from the beach. The toilet block and washing up room were cleaned often although there was a slight odour problem in the mens, this could have been due to a plumbing problem or just sheer volume of traffic! The facilities on field 5 the year before were better. Showers were 50p for eight minutes and were at just the right temperature for me.
The shop was well stocked and reasonably priced and there was an indoor play barn with skittles and soft play as well as some amusements.
Visited the Beachcomber Inn a couple of times, prices were very good, and although we didn't eat there the food coming out of the kitchen looked very good!
My only suggestion to the site would be to try and impose some sort of speed limit, while a good percentage of the visitors drove with caution, there still was a fair amount of people driving a little too quick around the site, I even witnessed somebody cutting across the children's play field in their 4X4, that is not acceptable anywhere.
