What can I say this site is fantastic everything you would want is here. Toilets and showers are spotless, pitches level and staff very helpful and friendly. Local shop which is very well stocked and prices are very reasonable and chip shop on site as well as Chinese takeaway about 5 mins walk on sunnyside. Beach is directly across the road and is very clean , this is our second visit this year and will definitely be returning next year.

Just back from warren farm.Did a 3night stay in tourer. The site was lovely better than expected, toilet / washing up / laundry facilities excellent. The weather was not too bad except for the gail force winds last night. We had a fair bit of rain but this did not stop the kids enjoying them selves. The takeaway chippy was good value and the shop well stocked. The beach was directly opposite the caravan park and through a cut through probably 2 mins away. Would definitely return but not to soon in future as we like a change of scenery. All in all a very good site.

Weather was bit windy at times so best to pitch tent facing inland. Reception friendly. The toilet facilities on field 3 were excellent, good hot showers worth the 50p for 8 mins. Loads of cubicles, loos and washbasins and well maintained, along with the dishwash area & Laundry. Easy access to the beach We will be returning taking a fishing rod as the course fishing is excellent.

Fantastic family holidays to be had.
All staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on field 6 which is very close to all facilities. The on site shop was small but a great variety of goods were stocked. Take aways are well priced for the large portions you get. The Play barn is well equipped for toddlers to teens and those of us that are young at heart! Toilet/Shower blocks are large and regularly cleaned the showers are easy to use coin slots are outside cubicle but the shower is on a 1 minute delay also they are very spacious so great if you need to take small children in with you. The Wednesday market on field 3 was massive well worth a look.
Can get very windy at about 4pm so best to arrive before if you have to put up a tent as we found out !

Just returned from a great week. Weather a bit windy so best to pitch tent facing inland. Reception friendly, shop well stocked & reasonable priced. The Beachcomber proved excellent varied entertainment and the food was hot, well priced with large portions. The toilet facilities on field 6 were excellent, good hot showers worth the 50p for 8 mins loads of cubicles, loos and washbasins and well maintained, along with the dishwash area & Laundry. The info pack provided when you checked in was certainly a godsend if you are not familiar with the area and not sure what to do or where to go. Easy access to the beach and for those feeling energetic a long walk up the 214 steps to Brean Down is well worth it for the views. We will be returning despite the wind.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay at this site. The pitches are well kept as is the entire site. I really couldn't fault it. There are plenty of play areas for younger kids. The shop is well stocked & reasonably priced.
Loo & shower block nearest the entrance to the site were really good, the ones on our field were slightly more dated but still perfectly acceptable. We will certainly be returning to this site as it's easy to get to on a friday night from the midlands & has everything we want.

10/10 kids loved it here plenty to do, even for my 3 year old putting animals to bed was fun, play area's in most fields. Showers and toilets clean, play barn with film room, ball pit,and tuck shop.
Can get windy during tide times putting a tent up in that can be a nightmare.
Area monitored for noise levels etc during the night.
We have visited 5 times in the last few months and enjoyed everytime.
Plenty to do outside campsite, markets often.
Onsite entertainment good, the food is really nice and good value for money, they have a good play area for kids, security excellent, bouncy castle and some kind of boxing game on a bouncing ring (funny)!
Will go back everytime Happy Camping x

Brief review this one>
We arrived at the place, the check in was fine, very quick and the reception area has a small accessories shop to go with it.
On departing reception you are given a small map to make your way into the site but the pitches are not given in advance it seemed to be a case of select whats left.
We were in field 6 by the facilities and as we had booked a disabled pitch, we found that we didn't see much choice at the time. One pitch was in very awful comdition and we were not setting up on that. We found one on the end when we were approached by Brenda who directed us to the disabled pitchs on the other side of the fence which was fine.
Upon getting set up we had a disaster with the wind that comes across from the channel and despite the efforts of us all and two lads from wales we lost the awning. With this site make sure you set up in the other direction from the prevailing wind across the site.
We did look at the facilities and they looked clean enough for us but as usual push button and added cost of 50p for about 8mins showering.
We had to leave within 3 hrs of arrival and they will not refund any moneies paid due to weather conditions.
There seemed plenty to do within the immediate area as in all seaside areas with the leisure park a fair walk up.
There are warnings about the beach area. Read and digest carefully.

Lovely site!
Camped on field 6 for a week. My 2 children and I had a wonderful time. We had a brand new toilet block that was absolutely beautiful! The toilets were always being cleaned. The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
Lots of useful services like: mobile phone charging + ice packs. Plenty of water taps. On site was a shop, fish and chip shop and a playbarn. Dogs allowed on certain fields, not ours! Lovely area, brean down justup the road( thats a nice 2 hour walk). Pitches all level and dry, plenty of room, even for a large tent!
Will definitely visit again.

A1! Brilliant! Stayed here Saturday and Sunday night, on a lovely sunny weekend, on sunnyside the quieter field. We had a large family dome tent, 5 kids ranging from 16 - 3 years, and a springer spaniel. Very reasonable nightly rates(£17.50 with electric), nice friendly staff on arrival, laid back, choose your own pitch, either on the left hand side for dogs, or right for no dogs. Our pitch was next to a field with a view of Western Super Mare across the bay, at night time you could see the lights of the town twinkling!
Lovely toilet blocks, always clean, my daughters were impressed with the plug sockets, stools and mirrors for hair straightening! Plus there was soap and hand dryers! whooppee - I dont agree with not providing soap in the loos! Showers were 50p for 10 mins which I didnt mind paying cos they were clean, hot, and had plenty of space and hooks for clothes etc.
Pub and chip shop/chinese just 2 min walk on site entrance, and footpath to beach just over from those. Small supermarket which sells just about everything just 5 min walk through a little path behind some static vans.
The play area was lovely, fenced off through the centre of the pitches, swings, rockers, play forts etc kids loved it.
You could actually walk down to the main site through the camping fields we were going to, but ran out of time!
Didnt touch the car all weekend cos had everything we needed in walking distance, but is lots to see and do if staying for the week.
Just thought it would be a good idea if a little bus ran up and down the road - the leisure park was a mile away, teenagers would prob be ok walking but too far for little ones there and back.
Will definitely return, had lovely weekend!
