Returned here in May the weather was amazing, cant wait to visit again! Campsite was busy as always. The pitch was perfect as the entire site is flat so good for camping.
The toilets and showers are clean, there is a 50p charge for the showers so make sure you bring along plenty of 50p's. Electric sockets by the handbasins perfect for straighten your hair or charging your mobile if you are camping without electric, hairdryers also available.
Fish and chip shop on site and open until late also another shop where you can purchase your essentials. Evening entertainment in the Beachcomber Inn which is very popular.
Beach across the road and Brean Leisure Park just a short walk down the road for the children, few pubs and restaurants/ cafes also on the way.
Approx 5 miles from Burnham On Sea which is a nice walk providing the weather is nice. Short drive to Weston Super Mare through the lanes. Plenty to do families and couples.

Just spent 2 nights at this superb, clean, friendly site. Will definitely return. Exceptionally clean toilet/shower areas. Very friendly staff who are obviously very conscientious in their jobs. Lovely pleasant walks on beach and fields. Good food and drinks in the beachcomber bar with very friendly staff and reasonably priced. It was very quiet as the weather hadnt been too good lately and the forecast wasn't good either, although it did turn out better than they said. It is a massive site but very well divided into separate sections. The owners have got this site just right

Visited Warren farm July 2012, arrived earlier than the 11am arrival time but was told that's not a problem and was told where to go to find a pitch. We were on field 11 - this field is split into 2 parts one side is for people with dogs the other side no dogs. We were put on the side with dogs even though we don't have one and there were vacant pitches the other side, unfortunately I didn't realise this until I had pitched our tent and unpacked. The best of the vacant pitches on the side we were told to go were waterlogged before we got there and with 3 nights of torrential rain. We should still be there now but had had enough, the first night of rain caused flooding around a few pitches.
We ventured down to the play barn with the children on the main complex this was dirty with stained seats for parents to sit on so they could keep an eye on their children - not that many did and the attendants didn't keep an eye on who was going into the play area as there were teenagers in the ballpit throwing balls at the little children as they cam down the slide. The ten pin bowling alley was less than a metre wide and not as long as a skittle alley. We went outside to the pets corner where you are supposed to be able to stroke the guinea pigs and the goats and a donkey, but there was nobody around to let us in.
When back at our site the children went to play on the park which was very good apart from some other children bullying. I tried to keep them of the play area's as much as possible by going off site to Burnham or Weston - I did complain about these children at reception and was told they would sort it out I don't know weather they did or not.
On a plus side the toilet block was very clean whatever time of the day it was and for a full site I never had to queue once for a shower, and the water was always hot. I wouldn't return to this site but if you do go there are some very friendly people on the beach just down near Pontins that do horse rides which my children loved - you can have a short ride or a 2 mile treck along the seafront

This was our first visit to Warren Farm although a regular visitor to Brean. Stayed during the October half term week,
Site review -
Pitched on the Sunnyside field 11,
This is a small walk from the main entertainment complex but close to the Chineese / Fish and chip shop.
Pitches are allocated on arrival but they allow entrance up to 10 at night.
We picked a pitch on the boundary which at night you could see the Weston pier and wheel illuminated
Pitches had plenty of room for van awning car etc.
All pitches grass mostly even with some of the outside pitches with slight slopes.
Dogs welcome on leads with a large dog exercise field attached.
In the middle of the park there are swings etc for children to play on
Toilet facilities were modern and were continually cleaned to high standards. There is a 50p charge for an 7 minute shower.
The field has its own reception staff separate to the main park who were friendly and helpful.
Several shops on site catering for all essentials.
Beach over road from park
Out and about -
Brean leisure park a hit with the kids at £20 for a wrist band and being October not much waiting for rides.
Burnham / Weston Super Mare just a short drive away.
Brean down inn - this pub is not part of Warren farm but is next to the Chip shop and Chinese. The pub has a friendly atmosphere and serves a good menu. They also allow dogs into the conservatory area
Overall - Excellent site and good value for money as for a family of 6 the price was £160 for 8 nights in October compared to over £400 for Unity Farm where we have stayed before.

This was our fifth visit to Warren Farm, which makes it the site we have been to more often than any other.
It is a large site but is broken up into distinct fields each with their own good quality toilet/shower block. The facilities have always been kept very clean and tidy. The showers do require 50p for the meter, but you get plenty of hot water time for that.
We choose to stay in field 2 for the dog walking and it is without a playground but there is one toward the middle of the site.
The on site shop is well stocked and there is also a camping supplies shop, entertainment complex and take away.
The site has a large dog walking area and a fishing pond.
The site is just over the road from Brean beach and it is a nice walk (about a mile) from there along to Brean Down which has some great views of Weston-Super-Mare bay and the surrounding area.
The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
One thing to be aware of if you are in a motorhome or caravan is at night they put a height barrier up so you may have to arrange with reception if you plan to arrive or depart in the small hours.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay for the weekend. We both enjoyed our stay there that much we went back to stay there the following weekend. We are going again this August for 8 nights. My parents are in their 70's and have never been camping in their lives. So they are staying with us. We are well equipped to accommodate my parents. We are not the campers that don't sleep on a mat on the floor or an uncomfortable folding bed. Our friends call our tent the Hilton it is that we equipped with our home comforts. If there is anyone that has never been camping before and are thinking of trying it. I would recommend this site. The tarrif is well worth it. It is a very spacious site. Very friendly. The toilets are spotlessly clean. The views are lovely. We stay on field 6. The service from the staff give a friendly warm welcoming. We can't say enough about the site. All I can say is. I can't wait for our holiday with my family.

This is the sort of site we usually avoid as we prefer smaller sites. We were there during term-time and at the weekend the fields were almost full.
Having said that the toilets and showers never seemed busy, and we never saw anyone else in the washing up room. I spoke to two of the wardens and they were both lovely and approachable.
We went to the Brean Down Inn for food twice. The first time the food was excellent, and the second it was OK. The price for food and drink was very reasonable especially considering the lack of competition.
We did not go to the entertainment, but it sounds like it was very popular.
The site is quite close to bus stops for Weston and Burnham. The journey is expensive but it is a day out without moving the camper. Weston is a good day out with quite a lot to do.
There is a superb cider farm along the road that passes the side of the site (towards Weston). Highly recommended! Because of the awful weather (the site is as windy as others have said) we did not go to the Bird Park, or up onto Brean Down.
There is not a huge amount to do in Brean, but there are walks as part of the caravan park, and a lot of people take advantage of the fishing.
Although I wouldn't want to go there in the school holidays, I am glad we went to a site with good facilities, good transport links and a pub within walking distance as the weather was so bad.
We would go there again.

Just back from Warren farm, had booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2. This is a lovely site, and I cant fault the facilities but it was very noisy.
We had booked to stay on field 3 as there is no kids play area (we thought it would be quieter), but when we got there there was a rally on the field so we opted for field 5. It also turns out that it is country and western week in Brean, hence the reason why the site got busy.
We pitched the tent in the wind, but managed ok, pitches are a good size.
The site was clean and well maintained. The showers and washrooms were excellent, and the food in the Beachcomer is very good, the lunchtimes specials are good value.
All in all would go again, but on a quieter field and not during a country and western week!

Just returned from warren farm, We had the windiest week we have ever had, Not there fault though. The site is clean and the grass is close mown, although at this time of year the pitches are not much more than mud baths.
We didn't put the awning up because of the winds but we put the groundsheet down just to try and keep the mud out of the van. Why oh why cant they put down hardstandings, problem solved.
Apart from that, all the facilities are of a good standard, showers and wash areas were very clean and everything worked ok. Food in the shop was getting a bit sparse, but I guess they are on run down for winter.
The chip shop was very good with large portions, and the Beachcomber bar served nice food and drinks at reasonable prices.
Further up the road is the Brean Down Inn, which also does great food and an even better pint IMHO.
The beach is huge and great for exercising the dog, but is muddy in places. The surrounding area has lots for you to do.
We would return to Warren Farm, but hardstandings would make for a nicer, cleaner holiday.

We camped the 3rd week in august. Check in was easy and quick. Its a free for all when you arrive just drive round in your selected field and pitch your tent.
The toilet block was excellent. Yes it 50p for a shower but lots of hot water when you went. The cleaners are there most of the day. We had a dog and the area for walking was good.
Most days there are activities for kids. Wall climbing, and football archery etc. We never used the clubs as we had the dog but we did use the pub which belongs to warren farm.
It is only 5 minute walk across dog walking area. Prices in the pub are reasonable. We had one meal at the club outside which was good size portion and reasonable prices.
The beach is straight across the road from the site. We will use this site again when in the area
