Just back from a 3night stay at this site, and it was lovely, although it seemed very busy due to Easter weekend, it was very clean & tidy, toilet/shower block great. Its a credit to you who work so hard there!
The on site cafe (Nesses- food smashing), shop and kids playbarn were fab! Definitely on the list for a return stay. :)
Also visited the beachcomber next to site, again lovely food, pleasant atmosphere, kids part always full and very busy and unable to get a table/seat for most of the night, which was a shame as my boys did enjoy the time there. :)

A successful visit to Warren Farm for a few days again on a hardstanding pitch in field 6. Facilities kept very clean as usual by new field wardens this year. We just keep coming back but avoid school holidays and weekends now.

We have just got back from a week's visit to Warren Farm. I'd give the site 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the fact that the toilets adjacent to our field were just portacabins and there were no individual sink cubicles. The showers on field 10 were 50p for 8 minutes and were a bit grubby and dated. The disabled shower was also 50p and a £2 deposit for the key. There are 2 free showers near bunnies supermarket and 2 free baths. There are no ice pack freezing facilities so you have to pay £1. 80 deposit and 20p pee block to freeze the ice packs.
Although these things niggled us a bit, the rest of the complex is well laid out. Everything is in walking distance and apart from eating and drinking, it's free. Soft play round at the main complex along with amusements, pool tables, air hockey, bowling alley. It's quite a good place to go when its throwing it down.
There is a camping shop on site that also sells fishing tackle. The ice cream parlour is a must as it's amazing.
The beach is about a 10 minute walk from field 11.
The cons to this holiday were the wash facilities and the road to Weston Super Mare (very narrow, very bendy, very scary)
The pros to this holiday, location to the beach, the site layout, pitch sizes, close to 2 bars, the ice cream parlour, the many parks right by the pitches.
All in all it's a good site that I would return to.

This was our second time staying at Warren farm, we came back because we knew what to expect. This is an all singing all dancing site without the price tag, The only downside and I do mean ONLY downside is that the pitches are not on the huge side, don't get me wrong there is plenty of space for car, caravan and awning but that's it !
Our sat nav took us towards w/supermere and then left off the main road for 3 - 5 miles (not small or narrow) but smaller than your average main road and a little twisty in places, just a little extra care needed but easily drivable.
Good bits. Well laid out site complex, easy to pitch plenty to do on site various activities (is was summer holidays). Chinese 300 yards north of site on coast road indian + kebab + subway 1. 5mile south of site on coast road. Beach access is a very short walk 10 mins max or drive out of site turn right follow signs and you can park ON THE BEACH.
We walked a couple of times on the beach to the cafe ( walk with the sea on your left) It took us about 40min walking steady, although there is a burger van on the beach, about half way to the cafe.
We don't do loud in ya face HOLIDAY sites but this one really is a nice well run holiday site and we really enjoyed our stay here again. Great work to all staff.

We needed a stop over on the way home from Cornwall and booked 7 nights on the Friday to stay on the Monday. The young lady told me they had a vacancy on Field 5 but it was a disabled pitch on grass for £108. 51. OK said I as I am disabled but then she said we could have a hard standing disabled for £143. 50! I said no we'd have the grass one as we are only state pension nod couldn't afford another £34. 99. On arrival, very easy to find I was told we couldn't have been told the above as pitches cannot be reserved and there were no grassed disabled pitches. We could pitch anywhere near the toilets as there were plenty of spaces. Well no there were not. The nearest we could pitch was 100 yards away so unfortunately I cannot tell you what the toilets and showers are like as I couldn't get to them.
The site itself is huge, biggest we have every been on but it was really quiet both day and night. The grass is cut as soon as someone leaves and there aren't any clippings left or any rubbish anywhere. We went to the restaurant the first night and had the 2 meals for £7, steak and kidney pud and a jacket potato were brought and very nice although the potato could have been hotter. We had a good night in the club on the Thursday but unfortunately we were unable to go there again as it was so crowded. Couldn't get into the room let alone the bar. I was knocked over trying to get in so we decided to go back to our caravan. Really disappointed that with such a big site, the club etc are too small for all people attending. Dread to think what it will be like when the kids break up.
Had an adult breakfast for £5. 50 in the cafe by the shop which was really huge and lovely, nice staff too. Visited the shop for bread but only one loaf left at 4. 30 with end date that day but no offer to reduce it so didn't bother.
For the price and the cleanliness of the site would come back again but it would be earlier in the season so we can pitch closer to the toilets and hopefully get in to see the entertainment.
Really can recommend the Landing Light for great meals where they have a £6 menu. It's going into Western, just follow signs for the helicopter museum. Another is Brent House Caryvery on the A38 where we had two carvery's for £13. 99. Huge portion and great crackling with the pork.

1st class site, professional and courteous booking in, price excellent, site is very clean and flat, makes no difference if parked on hardstanding or grass, facilities are more than ample, very clean and well maintained, dedicated service bays for Motorhomes, excellent large pub/club on site providing good quality meals all day and entertainment in the evening, on site fish and chip shop, coffee/ice cream shop, small but well stocked general store, in fact all you would need for a comfortable and relaxed holiday, Don`t have children but do have a small dog, loads of exercise areas, good location loads to do, beach just across the road, can`t praise this site enough, will definitely be going again soon.

Allways like to return back to this site at least once a year, and just enjoyed three nights on sunnyside field 11.
Just can't find anything to complain about, allthough we usually go during school holidays or at a weekend and field 11 is usually quite full and dare I say it a bit noisy at night, this time we went out of the school holidays and we were more or less on our own and it was very peacfull.
As usual had two or three trips to the brean down pub for some of there fantastic cloudy ciders, (only 200 yards from field 11 )and then stagger on to the beach, another 100 yards.
Just wish we lived a bit closer, I think we would site our van there

Very busy when we arrived half term week but didn't feel overcrowded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the beautiful beach. Pub was great and very family friendly. Dogs have loads of areas where they can walk, some off the lead. 50p for a shower but went for 8 mins, plenty of time to share if you wish. Block was always clean with hairdryers and sinks to wash in if you prefer. Lovely site in a lovely area I would definitely love to revisit. I would probably go out of season with out the grandchildren next time to make it even better value and to walk some more in a beautiful area.

Lovely site. Didn't use toilet block, checked it out, best I have seen. VERY clean. See litter pickers twice a day, so site very clean. Tried food & pub both very good.
Only down side toilet waste was behind toilet block & we were over the other side of field, also green bins for waste was there too, so a bit of a walk. Water points very good 2 near where we were.
We will go to this site again thank you
Also very friendly & dog walks VERY good
