Nice site but needs a pool.Plenty to do but the weather was against us and it was a bit cold.We visited as a group of 10 people,4 adults and 6 children ages from 7 to 15.Fabulous pub/bar/restaurant excellent food and entertainment for everyone. Some pitches were quite a way away from the toilet/showers so would advise to pick a pitch close to them. All fields have wardens so if you wanted anything or anything was wrong you only had to ask them and they were only too happy to help.Would certainly visit again but in the warmer British weather.

We stayed here for a long weekend last week and loved it so much we have booked a few more breaks there (one being for 9 days)
We arrived and were greeted by the friendly staff and told where our field 6 was, which we had already chosen on booking, it was very wet and windy on arrival but being 1st time tent campers we were still happy. The ground is flat, all have elec (we did not need tho) what I loved about our field, and most of the others from what I could see, is down the middle of the rows is a line of park, so young children could happily play whilst breakfast is cooking etc, there are many tap points near this park too, so water is no problem
the toilet block is new and was lovely, I dreaded this part of my holiday but had no reason to, music was piped in all the times, it was well lit and spotless, showers were 50p for 8 mins, so 2 could be done at the same time(i took young daughter with me)

The shop sold most things, bacon, tins, milk, mags etc, and prices were the same as a high st shop, the fish and chip shop was lovely as was the cafe, the indoor barn was great, very clean and lots to do, cheap slots for the kids, a big ball pool and bouncy castle, a big screen cinema room playing dvd every 2 hrs throughout the day, adults can sit on the seating by the ball pool or in the cafe by the door to it so kids can still be seen

The pub which held the entertainment was clean and my kids loved it, they play games each night and have a disco, we never used the adults section so cant comment on it.

The beach is just across the road and will be lovely in the summer when hotter, Brean Leisure park is a walk away, which has the big fair and pool (£17 each though!)
My little ones loved the donkey and small animals on the site and visited them often, there is a sports field to the top of field 6(no dogs on field 6 I may add) and many of the older children, inc my son, met here in the eve.
No noise at night apart from the odd child crying lol
Fantastic site overall.

We have just spent a short weekend here and havn't been here for sometime and our first in a caravan. The pitches were flat and well spaced, you had plenty of your own space. The staff were more than happy to help us sort out a few teething problems, and the shop was very well stocked. Our children loved the play areas and the play barn although I would'nt like to be in there in high season could be a bit cramped.
The toilet/shower block in field six was superb very clean, showers hot and fifty pence for eight minites not atall bad, only one gripe no hot water in the later part of an evening though. We will be going back again. £34.00 for two nights, four adults [that includes me] and two children very reasnoble I thought. Well worth a visit.

We stayed here for three nights. The site itself is quite large, and consists of pitches for tourers and tents and statics.
There is a well stocked shop, off licence, takeaway / cafe, arcade, and at the entrance to the site, there is the Beachcomber pub which does meals and entertainment. It also has a childrens play area round the back with picnic tables for you to sit.
They also have a pets corner which when we went, had a donkey, goat, and some ducks.
The toilets and showers were very clean, and were cleaned regularly, it cost twenty pence to shower, and the showers were hot, and they lasted quite a while.
About a mile and a half away there are various pubs and takeaways, some gift shops and Brean Leisure Park, which has a large fairground. The price for a wrist band was eighteen pounds, but they also sold tokens as well. There is also a swimming pool and bowling alley nearby.
It cost us fortyfive pounds for four of us for three nights over the bank holiday weekend.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was especially handy because it was very windy when we were there, and we needed help with our awning.
I would definitely use this site again.

We had a great week end 14/15th April on the Sunnyside section of the campsite. The staff we really friendly and helpful. The toilet block was kept clean, the facilities are good. I found the music in the toilet block a bit annoying but the showers are nice and hot. Good laundry and washing up area.

The pitches are well laid out and level. It was a good place to stay but I guess it is busy in high season. Plenty of walks to do in the fields near by. We like the separate areas for campers with or without dogs.
Chinese takeaway and nearby Pub were good. A well thought out site

Excellent site. Very clean and tidy. We stayed on field 3, the warden for this field was so helpful and took pride in his work. The toilet block for field 3 was spotless clean and tidy. Showers were 50p for 8 minutes excellent value. The lady who cleaned took pride in her work. All staff members were cheerful and very helpful.
Pitches were flat and a good size. All facilities on site were well maintained. Beach a few minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommend Warren Farm. We will be back.

Very impressed with this site , clean toilets shower block etc , plenty of onsite activities for the children. Electric hookup all rated with trips. Excellent value for money. Onsite laundry and washing up facilities. Plenty of space.
Will be returning next year - Very Happy Campers.

Excellent site for children. It has a great indoor play area and the kids loved the tractor ride and farm petting area. There is a market on a Wednesday and a few more nearby. I don't think Brean itself was up to much but there were some lovely places nearby to visit.  It also has a play area located in the middle of each field which was handy to keep an eye on the kids. The toilets were clean and showers weren't bad either. We would love to go back again.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Easter and the site was jam packed. A great site for dogs as loads of fields to walk them in plus the beach over the road. Great for kids; indoor soft play area, arcade games, pets corner, play parks.
The club was good only fault that dogs are not allowed in, beer garden / patio area where kids play frame is (only allowed at the front of pub next to road).
You pitch up on your own in line with white markers which at peak season could cause problems i.e pitching up in wrong place. Great fun fair but can get pricey, if you got kids check out Dickie's bar (next to fun
fair) good kids entertainment. Will be back next year.

We have visited warren farm many times. Never thought of doing a review on it until now. One of the last times we stayed there was in april of 2006. This was as part of the UKCampSite.co.uk Members Meet. The site excellent with all the facilities you would expect. The shop is very well stocked and is almost like a mini supermarket rather than a campsite shop. There is no club house on the site but there is a pub right out side the main gates. It does wonderful food and there sunday carvery is very good indeed.
The only one downside to staying on any of the campsites in Brean in April is the wind. As many of you will know, Brean is almost always windy. This coupled with rain makes for very soft ground. This is not something that the site has any control over but it is something worth thinking about when planning your trip.
But on the whole a very nice site and we would have no issues with going back there, and in deed will almost certainly do so in the not so distant future.
