Visited for a weekend in July. Whoever owns this site really has the the camping thing sussed. I personally could not fault it . Although it is a huge site we stayed at the far end fields called Sunnyside which was quite windy most of the time. The facilities are second to none. All pitches are flat and very large with or without electric hook ups. You are never more than a minutes walk from the water points. Toilets are spotlessly clean. The showers are equally spotless and 50p for 10 minutes with free use of hairdryers. Lovely pubs nearby on the main road and a fish & chip shop. The main reception area is in the middle of the site which was about a 10 minute walk from where we were staying. Plenty of facilities for the children including a huge football pitch and indoor games and cinema area Brean itself is not the prettiest of places and the beach isn't very good, ( the sea is about a mile out with the danger of sinking sand near the sea). There's no swimming pool on the site which is a shame but for £19 per night it was excellent. Highly recommended.

August 2005 Nice large site with plenty to do including free soft play for kids ect. Shower and toilet facilities were good but the site was full so they were quite dirty at times. My only real complaint is not with the site itself but the amount of chavs that were about, drunk teenagers in the parks in the evening making it no go for kids, dogs barking, shouting, boy racers revving their crap cars. Also I found that these sort of people were all over brean. Vicky pollards, wayne and waynetta slobs ect. A lot of kids ran riot with no parents in sight. Would only return if it was out of season as it was heaving with people everywhere.

Lovely flat pitches with plenty of room. Excellent shower and toilet blocks, always being cleaned. 20p for a shower and it lasted for ages. Couldn't find fault with this site it has everything you need, shop, take away, play parks and the beach just across the road. If you get chance take a walk up Brean down, its hard work but the views are worth it and there is a war fort right at the end, it cost nothing and we had a brilliant day out up there. It is one of the best sites we have been to and we will be going back again and again!

A super campsite very clean toilets, showers and wash up areas, there was plenty of space for the kids to play on large grass areas in view of parents with pitch's surrounding them. The shop was well stocked and the added bonus of fresh still warm crusty rolls each morning !
The indoor play area for kids was also superb with free dvd films playing all day and evening for them and cheap amusment machines ( not the usual £1 a go ones ) but 2p and 20p. With everything on there web site true to the print we were all very pleasently supprised. One word of warning though it can get very very windy. That aside would recomend without a second thought.

Excellent site! Pitch was big enough for two cars, large tent (and awning). Ours was with EHU
Price for the pitch (high season) was very good at £13.00 for two persons per night + £2.00 per extra person + £2.50 for EHU
The toilet block was to a very high standard and very clean. Showers (10 units) were only 50p for 8 mins - free hair driers provided).
Also in the block there were 10 sinks with drainers for washing-up, three washing machines and three industrial size tumble driers (50p for 20mins)
The kids had an onsite 'play-barn' area with a range of amusments and refreshment bar.
The shop was reasonably priced given it was on site. The 'watering hole' had entertainment for both kids and adults, the restuarant offered a wide range of foods - which for a group eating out arrived hot and at the same time !
The staff in all facilities were courteous and very helpful and keen to assist.
I can honestly say you would be hard pressed to find anything to fault.
I tell a lie. The steak and ale pie was too big for my plate!
Thoroughly recommended.

Very good site, was placed in the sunny side fields so the toilets were a little bit of a trek but not miles. The toilet block was clean as were the showers and the dish washing facilities were excellent. The only down side of my stay was that although there were spare pitches along side the fence we were put into the middle of the field so we were unable to get away from the wind (even with a windshield).our tent survived though. Also the campsite itself will not allow single person guests, I feel this lets the site down a little as the sunny side pitches would be ideal for single campers.all around a good site.
The area around Brean was excellent, the beach was very clean and very tidy and a very short distance from the site. The main public shops were quite far away from the sunny side field but if you have transport that's fine. Warren farm (the main site) has a shop and halfway between Warren farm (main site) and the sunny side fields there is bunnies supermarket (also under Warren farm) open to the public but is very expensive so would just stop there to get milk and bread etc. Brean is very family friendly and there is lots to do including funfair/swimming/golf/shopping but this area is also great for walks/hikes and just spending time outdoors. Be aware though most of Brean is very seasonal although if wanting to stay out of season there is a local Tesco just near the entrance to Berrow/Brean if needed.
Brean and this site is ideal for those either with or without children and there is plenty to do even if its raining. Very windy though so be aware, windshield would be required.

Fantastic site - shower blocks and toilets spotless day and night. Great children's play areas in positions where you can keep an eye out from your pitch.
Club was great for evening entertainment, but a little smokey for us (non-smokers).
Highly recommended, clean, tidy and reliable.

Spent a week on warren farm and have to say we will NOT be going back again. There only seems to be the minimum number of toilet and shower facilities and they are all a long walk away. Was very impressed with their website which was why we decided to go, but believe me the campsite is nothing like it is made out to be on the website. We have never been to a campsite where there is so much dog poo around, we took our dog with us and plenty of poo bags, but obviously other people with dogs didn't think to do the same, it was all over the green where children play! we couldn't go swimming in the sea, as when it is low tide there is sinking sand and mud! beware! all in all not a good week at warren farm.

Arrived mid week and stayed on the weekend field. There were only 3 other pitches occupied. By Friday evening the field was full! However it was the first weekend of the school holidays so it was to be expected. Facilities are fantastic, what impressed my wife the most was the butler style sinks that have been installed especially for bathing babies. Even though crowded, it was still quiet enough for our 7 month old son to get a good nights sleep. Entertainment in the pub was of a high standard and the bar prices are reasonable. The beach is not to be missed, its patrolled and the water was warm enough for a good swim. Will definitely come back again!
