This is our third visit to this site. On this occasion and the last we stayed on Field 11 (Sunnyside). This is at the far end of the caravan park and is a lot quieter than the main part of the site which is why we like it. If you pitch at the top end of the field there are wonderful views of Brean Down, Weston Super Mare and Uphill. There is a plenty of space and excellent designated dog walking areas through the surrounding fields. It's just a short walk to get onto Brean Sands which is a massive beach. Plenty of room for everyone and dogs are allowed on it all year round. We are always pleased with the value of this site as there are lots of facilities including an indoor play area, cafe and takeaway, supermarket and playgrounds etc for the kids. During the school summer holidays there are even more activities on offer such as a climbing wall, archery etc. No doubt we will be visiting again later in the year.

Stayed here at end of September. The weather had been very wet and a lot of the pitches were waterlogged. As you pick your own pitch it is a case of driving around till you find a pitch that suits. The price is very reasonable with only the showers needing 50p. The shower blocks are excellent with piped music and are heated well.
The Club is brilliant, entertainment every night and bargain meals every lunchtime. Access for disabled is excellent and the staff friendly, professional and helpful.
How could it be improved? Well with the drainage problems, gravel pitches would be good.

2nd time back at this site and wont be the last, always friendly when you arrive we were early again as we expected traffic problems and got there about 9am but they let us find our own pitch and set up anyway on field 5, staff always helpful and informative, as for the site it was a bit waterlogged ( the great British weather for you ! ) but we managed to find a dryish pitch.
The toilet and shower facilities were spotless again even with all the people that were there again. The 2 shops on site are good everything that you would need and if you need any money use the shop for cashback as they only charge 40p to use it, everywhere else is at least £1. 75 for the cash points.
The beachcomber pub is great value during the day for meals and the entertainment is great on a night time too. To get to the town part of Brean is about a 20 min walk from the site and there's lots to do down there if you like arcades and fairground rides. Western super-mare is a short car ride away along with lots of other attractions in the area like wookey hole and cheddar gorge. All in all a great campsite pet and child friendly and helpful staff, a great place to explore Somerset from, we will definitely be back again.

Stayed here end of August for 3 nights. Wasn't too sure what to expect as we had read reviews complaining of waterlogged pitches and noisy neighbours.
We arrived before 11am and checked in. We were told to go to our field and choose a pitch. We were in Field 6 no pets, which was very close to the shops and takeaway.
We had a large tent 8m x 4m plus a day/cooking tent and had plenty of room on our pitch. Some of the pitches didn't look as big though.
A lot of the pitches were taken, but by sunday it was looking a lot less crowded. The play area in the middle was great for my kids aged 9, 7 and 2. The toilet block was fantastic and very very clean. There were about 10 showers and toilets, plus sinks in cubicles. The 8 mins to shower for 50p gave you plenty of time.
There was some noise from children after 10pm, but it wasn't too excessive and really wasn't a problem.
We visited the beachcomber pub a couple of times, and were really impressed with the food and prices. It was no more expensive than any normal pub, and there was entertainment at night for the kids and a play area outside.
We visited the ice cream parlour and between 4 and 5 is happy hour where 99 ice creams are 99p.
The beach is literally a walk across the road and up a little sandy path. Very clean beach and the kids loved paddling.
The fish and chip shop on site was great and also very well priced. You can hire ice blocks for cool boxes from the reception for 20p each plus a returnable deposit.
The only niggle was the wind. It can get very windy here, but you are very close to the beach so it is to be expected. We chose a very exposed pitch, but will learn for next time.
All in all far exceeded my expectations and to be honest would be very hard to beat. We are already planning our next visit. Hope that one day they will build a pool and that would just top it off.

Took their advice on their website and booked 4 night stay on field 11 (pets welcome). We usually go for small, adult only campsites but this was our first trip in our caravan and I knew the route to Brean was pretty caravan friendly and thought a larger site may be more accessible.
Was pleasantly surprised! If you are willing to pitch a little further away from the toilet blocks you can find some lovely quiet corners. Didn't use the toilets so can't comment but there are plenty of drinking and waste water points, with the chemical toilet disposal behind the main toilet block.
The 2 shops on site were well stocked with all the basics you could need.
Fabulous location for the beach, 5 min walk across the road. Brilliant dog walking facilities, the farm walk is a lovely circular walk.
Due to the weather the weekly Wednesday market was sparse, but have been other years and it has some good stalls, not just car boots.
15 minute drive to Burnham-on-sea with a large Morrisons, but no dogs allowed on the main Beach all year round (No problem as Brean is completely dog friendly)
Good driving distance to Weston-Super-Mare for the day.
The only reason I have given a low 'Value for money' score is that we didn't use all the children's facilities as we were just a couple it was a little steep at £21 a night, but great for a family.

We chose to have our very first camping experience here and absolutely loved it, so much so that we went back in October.
The facilities were very clean and well maintained and the staff on-site were very friendly. The shops were well stocked with everything needed and were reasonably priced.
The pitches were reasonably priced but could probably do with some kind of drainage solutions as when it rained, there were big puddles which then had to be cordoned off.
Pubs, shops and everything else was great and only 5 mins walk from the beack and 2 mins drive to brean leisure park.
We are going again this weekend!

We have just stayed here for 3 nights on route touring the southwest / south. We were all very pleasantly surprised by the staff, the location, the quality of the facilities, everything really, apart from the weather? but that's Britain for you and we love it for it.
Our only regret was that we didn't spend longer here, there was nothing we had cause to complain about at all.
I'm sorry that this is not an in depth review but I have nothing bad to say at all, book on site and if its sunny and warm you'll have a great time here guaranteed, if its raining then you'll still have a great time but you might get wet ?
To all staff keep up the great work it is appreciated. We had a great time and if we need to visit the south west again we will definitely be booking back in.

Have just returned from a week here with my 2 kids. I loved it! Fab site, huge. We were on field 5 but I believe there is a field 11 too. From what I can make out each field has it's own play area for the kids, and a toilet / shower / laundry area, so you never have too far to go. These were cleaned I'd say at least 4 times a day and were on the whole immaculate (apart from the occasional inconsiderate leaving things that shouldn't be).
The showers cost 50p a time, but personally I didn't mind paying that at all as it meant there was a constant 8-10 minute stream of hot water (unlike most sites where you have to keep pressing a button to get intermittent luke-warm water!)
The indoor play area/arcade was well equipped with a soft play/wacky type section, 2 small bowling lanes & several 2p slot arcade machines.
An on site shop & cafe/takeaway were also pretty central to the whole site.
The Beachcomber club house is just off site, but only literally minutes. Went in here twice, once in the evening & once in the day. Impressed both times.
The long sandy beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. One thing the site could probably do with would be a swimming pool.
The only down side was the fact that due to the ridiculous amount of rain we've had this summer is that many parts of the site were flooded (me included). We left a day early as where I had pitched the tent there was a slight dip under the living area, 2 days of heavy rain on & off soaked into my tent carpet, & high winds at night.
The drainage on the site could be a bit better, as I think other sites along the same stretch of road didn't have any problems. I believe though that the site owners are looking into this over the winter.
I would thoroughly recommend this site, loads to see & do in the area, we didn't get to do it all so will definitely be back! I couldn't fault it really, only marked down cos of lack of swimming pool & their drainage problems!

We've just returned from a 4 night break at Warren Farm - me hubby a 5 & a 2 year old - loved it!
We were late booking so were on field 11 sadly the dog side but this was a lovely quiet field - when we walked through the site the other fields were much much more crowded
EHU fine managed to get a pitch by the play area which was great for us but children are just left to run around unattended and I had to go and get my children back a couple of times
Shame reception wouldn't swap our friends booking to accommodate them on field 11- - it was fully booked apparently but there were numerous free pitches - biggest grumble for us
Shower block fab - lovely cleaner & did a good job too!
Music in shower & washing up suite fun too
Used the takeaway at Sunnyside entrance - good value & well worth it, being across the road from the beach is a bonus.

On arrival we had a warm welcome on feild 11. We where given an information pack for the site and local attractions, we were pointed in the right direction to pick our own pitch.
Our first impressions were good it is an immaculate site.
The facilities were second to none. It was 50 pence for a shower ( I always moan about paying for the showers ) there was 9 shower cubicles, they were huge cubicles so the biggest of people would not have a problem. For there being so many vans on site you never had to wait for a cubical, superb.
There was also a good laundry room,
The only down side we found when it rained the field did hold the water and the legs of the van were under water, so some of the people in tents may have had some problems.
We did not take our dog but there was 2 great big dog walking areas and a couple of good size fishing lakes
The beach was a 2 minute walk away it was clean, tidy and plenty of room for everybody.
There was the brean inn just at the end of the campsite and the beachconber inn a 5 minute walk down the road.
About 1 mile from the main campsite further down the road was the seagull inn, we had food in all 3 and they all come recommended.
The fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway were also situated on the entrance to the campsite.
There was 2 well stocked shops on site as well.
We would not normally go back to a site as there are so many other nice places in the uk to go, but we are going back next year with the dog and we are going on the same site.
