Very large site, the largest we have stayed on as we usually go for sites with no more than 100 pitches. Would not stay here again. Site well kept but a very long walk to the toilet block. We stayed in field 11 on the dogs allowed side, and the nearest toilets were at the top of field 10 or in the basic camping field. There was good play equipment for the little ones but ours were put off as there were some very rude older children messing about on it. My husband took them along to the swings and there was a boy about 11 swearing and smoking. Have to say this is the only bad behaviour we saw.
50p for a shower is ok, it lasts ages, I managed to wash my hair and be fully dressed before it finished, others were also leaving it running when they had finished. Shower themselves seemed cleaned, really needed a mop for afterwards as I felt bad leaving my cubicle with grass in for the next person. I'm not sure how often the toilets were checked but by the end of the day there was a lot of tissue etc on the floor and blocked toilets.
We visited the shop near the main reception, was ok for the essentials, not massively stocked and when site full I would imagine it to run out pretty quickly.
It's a pity the ball playing area is away from the pitches. Would have preferred not to have been rammed in so much to have a playing area near the pitches, hence no one was ever in the ball playing area.
We didn't visit the entertainment as we had our dog with us.

Just returned from a three day stay on this site, the booking in was very prompt and the staff friendly, I stayed on field six and had a choice of areas in which to pitch, all level and clean. The toilet and washing up blocks were well maintained and very clean although it did take a bit of time for the hot water to come through in the toilet block. Its a very large site with a decent sized angling lake, cafe, shop, and pub. The site was very quiet and I didn't witness any rowdy behaviour as others seem to have done, I only tried to get something to eat in the on site pub once at about 6oclock but the queue was backed right out of the door so went into brean and then onto the brean down inn which also served decent real ales, overall and enjoyable stay and not having to be off site until 1600hrs gives you plenty of time if you don't want that early start.

Hi there all we recently visited this place with our touring caravan and had a lovely few days down here the weather was being kind to us so we made the most of it as it is to be taken to your advantage in this country, firstly the site was litter free and its well maintained by there staff and they were on the ball day and night and the security were operating throughout the night as i noticed whilst using the toilet block during the small hours so that gave me all the confidence that all should be well during our stay, plenty to do for the kids, i would recommend this family holiday park to others.

One of the best sites we have been to. Ideal for family's with kids and dogs. Cant fault it. Very near brean sands beach, easy walking distance. Two pubs, take away, shops, ice cream parlour, plus kids play barn and a small animal farm on site. Also two well stocked shops and a cafe right next to the kids play barn

Just returned from a 10 day stay - our first at Warren Farm (unfortunately also our last).
This is a very large site set over a number of fields. Pitches are relatively flat and the site is generally very well maintained. All toilets and showers we used were clean and modern, although not as immaculate as some reviews suggest. 50p charge for showers, but the 8 minutes you get is plenty in my view - they are rather hot though. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, although the wardens do need to enforce rules much more than they appear to (particularly no ball games, dogs on leads etc)
Facilities on site include two small supermarkets, a cafe, two fish and chip shops (one also serving chinese food), an indoor play area and arcade, a 'farm' area where the kids can pet small animals and children's play areas in most fields. Hard standing pitches (certain fields only) are nice as they are tarmac for the unit but grass for the awning. The site also offer activities such as archery/climbing twice per week free of charge (although very very busy) and there is a market on one of the fields on Wednesdays. Immediately off site is Warren Farms pub and entertainment venue The Beachcomber. It's nice enough with good food at reasonable prices, extremely busy though and not really big enough for a site of this size. Beside the Beachcomber is a lovely ice cream shop and a decent camping accessory shop. Further up the lane adjacent to their Sunnyside area is the Brean Down Inn. Again nice food at reasonable prices but a bit run down and dog friendly - an advantage to many, but personally not something I like where food is served.
Overall, this is a nice site. HOWEVER.
It is very cheap and attracts a large number of chavs. If you visit be prepared for kids being allowed to do whatever they like whilst their parents sit and get drunk all day. Lots of shouting and swearing and noise in the evenings (although in fairness it did usually calm down about 10. 30 ish). The surrounding area is much the same, although there are some nice days out within reasonable driving distance.
Would I recommend it. ? Only if you are prepared to put up with the idiots. Would I return. ? No - which is a shame because this could be an excellent site if they sorted out the riffraff.

We booked this site for 12 nights at the end of July and first week of august. We arrived after a 6 and a half hour journey and were greeted by very friendly reception staff. We chose a vacant pitch and set up. The site is very big, we were on field three(dog friendly). The shower/toilet blocks were excellent/always clean and tidy and considering how many people were staying on site couldn't have been easy. The wardens on field three did a fantastic job. Never once did the toilets have no paper. There were lovely fields on site to walk around that our dog loved. They have a market on a Wednesday that we found some great bargains at. Our children 12 and 14 loved the site. We did the free tractor ride on the Saturday night and the free archery on a Thursday. Great that this is free as other sites charge extra for this sort of thing. We also enjoyed watching the animals go to bed, the Donkey went when he was ready and one of the new pigs made a dash for freedom! We spent most evenings at the beachcomber bar where our children made friends. The security on the door were great as they made sure no children went in on their own and were friendly but still did their job and weren't just there for show like other places we have been. The food was great value and big portions with a great veggie selection. They had tribute bands most nights most of which weren't my thing (take that, one direction, etc). My daughter enjoyed the Michael Jackson tribute and there was also an original band that played some covers so something for everyone. There is another room for younger children but we didn't go in. All the staff were really friendly and looked like they were having a great time which really helps with the holiday atmosphere. Lots to do in the Area we had days out at the splash park in brean and also fun city. We went to goughs caves at cheddar gorge who also allow dogs so we could all go out together. The beach opposite the site is lovely as long as you don't want to go swimming in the sea!The tide goes out early and it gets very muddy, although there is still plenty of sand to walk along. We went on a two mile horse ride along the beach that was great value for four people. We had such a great time we booked another night(we were lucky they had room)because the kids didn't want to leave. Would definitely go back to this site, in fact we cant wait!

This is a site we really love to visit but I have to say that after this last visit we will avoid in school holidays. Why oh why do parents let their children play ball games in front of 'NO BALL GAMES ALLOWED' notices on field 6 when there is a huge play field 100 yards up the field. With footballs and tennis balls hitting our motor home we were not pleased and with both of us and our well behaved grandchildren upset we were glad to be leaving after 4 nights. It is so different here when the children are back at school. The wardens really do need to be around more and stop the unruly behaviour which was evident all down the centre of field 6 when we drove on. Will we come again, probably, outside of school holidays definitely, and maybe not at weekend.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Warren Farm.
Massive site which is well kept in all areas, we stayed on field 5 as we took our dog (2 kids and OH) each field had its own play area which the kids loved and made them always in view from the caravan.
When you book you don't get a pitch number so I would suggest getting there when allowed however a lot of people was still packing up by the time I had levelled up and pitched my awning so missed out on some closer pitches to the parks/toilet area/taps etc, maybe Warren Farm could try to patrol these a little better, as I was off by 09:15 this morning and 2 weeks ago saw others leaving after 3pm!
Toilets/Showers - Always clean and plenty of space available. You need 50p (coin) for 8 mins of showers which are always hot from start to finish.
TIPS - You get 60 seconds before the shower starts from putting the coin in.
Don't bang in 2 x 50p expecting a 16 min shower.
Always make sure you hear the coin drop into the collection area of the coin slot as occasionally seemed to get stuck and needed a little bang or eject to hear it drop. (you don't want to insert the coin dash to the shower get your kit off to wait under a dry shower head! Duh!
All pitches are very flat
Loads of dog friendly walking areas
Market every Wednesday (on site) during summer months, 20 second walk from my pitch. (Same Market is also on a Sunday at Bream Leisure Park but you need to pay £2. 50 parking!
Beachcomber - Nice reasonable priced food, very busy in July/August so be warned, the disco for the kids pretty good but gets a bit repetitive, we did venture into the other room to see the other entertainment but didn't really kick off until gone 21:30.
Ice Cream Parlour - WOW! Plenty to choose from and was often visited.
Fishing - Always plenty of space available and can drive and park if carry plenty of kit, I got a few carp and bream but the wind picked up a bit so called it a day. Fishing tackle shop on site in case you need to restock any kit.
Beach - Only a 2 min walk from the main entrance, very nice and clean beaches, you can turn right out the site and drive 1/2 mile where you can safely drive and park on the beach for £3 so can take all your wind breaks (needed) and can come off and on as much as you like within the day. The tide does go out early morning and is a far hike to the sea (this can be very very clay and my kids came back covered in clay!
Sat Nav - When travelling down from the North I would recommend driving past Brean and not following the sat nav directions but come off the M5 at Junction 22 and drive via the coast road through Burnham-on-sea then through Brean to Warren Farm, the reason for this is you find around 4 miles of twisty roads which are narrow road, humped bridges and 90 degree turns.
Overall excellent site and great facilities and would definitely recommend and return.
Any questions please free to ask
Thanks

What a well kept site, we stayed for a week on Field 6 and found Staff to be most helpful and courteous.
Toilets/Showers and washing up area's were a pleasure to use and were kept clean.
The nearby Pub/Restaurant provided Hot tasty food at reasonable prices and also provided live entertainment.
The only thing we found to be a problem was getting to the Waste/Fresh Water points which are situated in the centre of the Field, if, as we were, pitched on the outside and trying to get through the spaces in the hedges provided for this purpose, because other campers had maxed out their area with Windbreaks which were used as
Fences to prevent access to these facilities without walking around the roadway. We had never encountered such selfish and arrogant attitudes before and were disappointed (especially when one novice caravanner shouted at me too!) The night warden clarified that access should be allowed and windbreak was adjusted accordingly. However assorted chairs put in their place as a substitute obstacle. We feel the site owners could do more to avoid this growing problem by clearly marking out pedestrian access (which to most visitors are common sense but not it seems to all).
It is a wonderful site which we have visited before and would be happy to do so again. Mostly we avoid August as it is so busy but wanted to spend time with family and friends at this central spot.
The internet was only available in the Beachcomber bar (free but limited power) due to overload of demand in the rural area. The advertised free ten minutes a day had been temporarily stopped to avoid further problems with download speeds and non-service.

Stayed here at the end of July for 6 nights.
I had previously stayed here for 1 night as a stopover site, and when I was asked to arrange this years holiday with the in-laws, I thought it would be worth a revisit. This time it was myself, my husband, our two year old daughter and my Mother and Father in Law had their own caravan on a separate pitch.
When I originally booked, I was given the option of two fields, either field 3 or one on sunnyside. I chose field 3 as this was closer to the amenities and had a park in the next field along. I was told it wouldn't be as quiet as sunnyside, but I only remember one night where the noise went past midnight! Booking was easy, all details were emailed promptly to me. Only issue I had, was that you are unable to reserve pitches, which we wanted to do so we could get 2 together. Thankfully when we arrived, we were able to find 2 next to each other.
The positives we found on site:
- Despite being a large site, there was never a queue for the toilet or a shower.
- Facilities were immaculate, toilet paper always well stocked, toilet and shower area clean, which was astounding given the time of year.
- On site cafe was very reasonable, we got a lot more food for what we paid for.
- Arcades and kids soft play were a lot of fun for the younger kids.
- Wardens very friendly and prompt in cleaning up any site mess.
- Very child friendly with the parks and beach close by.
- Noise not too much of a problem.
- Wednesday market was a LOT larger than we thought it would be, with plenty of bargains.
- Shop is plenty big enough for everyday items, for larger things there is an on site supermarket.
- Plenty of space to pitch.
- Plenty of water points (waste and fresh)
The negatives on site:
- I had no problem in paying for the showers, especially given the cost of a pitch per night, however what would be nice is being able to control the temperature of them! They were so hot, I was only able to shower my daughter once in them. Thankfully we had the shower in my in-laws caravan, otherwise she would have been very dirty for the week.
- The coin op system for the showers could be temperamental. You had to listen for the coin to drop, otherwise you would be stood around naked waiting for the shower to start and it never would. Once, I did have to run back out, retrieve my coin and try again, all in my towel!
- The soft play area would be over run by children who were too big for it. The parents were no where to be seen and we couldn't see any staff nearby.
Overall, there were far more positives than negatives, and we barely scratched the surface of this site and area, and we are thinking about returning next year for a much longer stay.
