A nice site with everything you need to enjoy a holiday.
The site is very spread out, we were in the sunnyside field which was a 10 minute walk to the main area but that was fine for us, much more space in this field, the fields closer to the main area looked overcrowded and everyone looked on top of each other.
Showers cost 50p to run and you have no control over the heat / cold so this was a little annoying as my wife likes a hot shower, the toilets and shower rooms are clean though.
Great indoor barn for the kids on this wet days but it wouldn't last much more than 1-2 hours.
On site shop sells everything and the beach is just a stones through away.
The pubs on site are good as well, daily specials are cheap and not bad.
Couldn't comment on the clubhouse entertainment as we have a 1 year old and we spent the evenings in our van.
On the whole its not a bad site but I wouldn't rush back there.
You really get that feeling of overcrowding and no sense of relaxation / retreat.
Nearby Brean Lesuire park is good for kids and teenagers but it will cost you about 18 quid per child for all day rides, the park had nothing for under 3's which was disappointing for us.

Warren farm is a lovely site, yes can be a bit breezy but out of season it is like that everywhere. Toilet blocks are fantastic, always clean and all you need to get ready to go out including music which was a nice touch
Entertainment was good although we could not see the show as it was not open to kids under 12 which I did find a bit wrong as my 10 year old really wanted to see the act but maybe it was just for that night and we are going back down in June so will see then
All in all lovely site, loads for the kids to do, park is well maintained. Would definitely recommend this site
The food in the beachcomber is out of the world, would definitely recommend the steak with stilton sauce, it was awesome. As a guide 3 mains and a kids meal for £32.00, a very tasty bargain

Just got back from a 3 night stay at warren farm with our 2 young children 3 years and 4 months. Found it a lovely park. Reception were friendly, shop had everything you could possibly need
Toilet block was lovely and clean even though it was busy and found the baby baths with baby change bench fantastic (really lovely touch)
We were in field 6 and could let our 3 yr old play on the park while we watched from the van. Lovely family site would recommend to anyone especially with young children.

Just spent the autumn half term with the grandchildren at Warren farm run by the camping and caravan club. The shower block, toilets, washing up and laundry is very clean and modern, shower was 50p for eight minutes but worth it for the lovely facility. There is a shop on site, cafe, fish & chip shop and a play / arcade which the kids really enjoyed.
The grass pitch [with elec h-up] was spacious and well kept although the drainage could be improved. The site is walking distance for the beach and local shps.
This was a temporary holiday site run by the Coventry section of the C&C Club which made it good value for money.

On arrival the woman at reception was very pleasant and told us we could pitch at any vacant pitch. Field was very flat and grass short,we were in Sunnyside and the touring pitches are quite a long way from the showers which by the way were very clean and modern.
We had one meal at the Beachcomber Inn which is on the site, not very impressed!
On the whole this is a very well run site and we would certainly return.

Stopped for 2 nights in a tent with 2 children aged 2 and 6. Brilliant weather which helped. Could not fault the site. Lots of toilets and very clean throughout. Nearby pub was brilliant for the kids and food was very good and not badly priced. Beach literally over the road and was beautiful. For the money it was fantastic and will definitely go again next year. Remember to book though very popular.

This is a great site for anybody. 2nd time for us this year, it's cheap but its got everything. Sea across the road. We were on sunnyside, great for walking, dog friendly. Plenty of shopping down the road, great market on site on wed markets down the road, sat market, sun car boot, Monday market. Pub on corner that serves midday meals for £2.99p Chinese chippy on other corner. Kid friendly. Ours are grown up but children on site very happy. Showers are 50p but the site prices outweigh this and they are clean 90% of the time will go again and again.

Any body that's not been to this site, you must go. We have to go back at least once a year, its got every thing, great for children swings, play parks and beach about one hundred yards away, we like it because of the pub on site, you can eat there either inside, or in nice big conservatory, best bit though is they let us take our little dog in, and even better they sell real ales and a fantastic cider called black rat 6.5%. The site though is fantastic with the cleanest showers I have seen, its great for a stopover about 5 miles off m5 junc 22, or longer stay there's plenty to see and do.

Second time I've stopped at Warren Farm in our tent. It was raining the week before we arrived. Although field was waterlogged due to rain we was escorted to a well maintained pitch. Shower/toilet block was always clean with lovely hot showers. On-site entertainment good for kids, and prices not bad too.
Loved our holiday there, will definitely go again!

Stayed here on a very very windy weekend in September with out tent which acted like a parachute when putting it up. We were helped by several of the other campers in our field and got it up in the end. The site itself is fantastic and perfect for a family with children. We had our 3 yr old with us and she loved the play parks on the field we were on right in front of us. The toilets are very very clean but you have to pay 50p for a shower, this lasted ages though. The shop, play barn and take away were amazing. The play barn was fab with a free soft play area for the little ones and lots of coin machines to play also. The shop was well stocked and id cash back as there was a lack of cash machines around, only 40p instead of £1.75 with a Link machine up the road!
The beach was just across the road and was very easy to get to as the road is not that busy.
We will be back again!
