We have stayed here several times and like the location next to the beach and close to the funfair.
This time however, my daughter was told that she couldn't use her works van to tow the caravan on site, not even to drop it and then move the van off site. So she borrowed a car and insured it for a cost of £60 for the weekend only to find several work vans on site!
When she contacted the site she was told ' one must have slipped through the net', can you imagine how frustrating this was? Then they said ' I hope this won't stop you using us again', I somehow don't think that will happen!
So I would say don't trust their rules and abide by them because they certainly don't listen to complaints or offer any compensation.

What is there to say that hasn't already been said. Having not been here for a few years was very happy to see the same high standards had been kept. Shower block clean and tidy no matter what time we went and had no problem extending our stay to use up my remaining holidays from work. Plenty of space between pitches well lit at night n looking forward to visiting again in 2014

When we arrived, we were given a map of where to go. I had requested to be near the shower block as my wife is disabled when I booked. I was told that there were disabled spaces opposite the shower block but when I drove round there, they were all taken. We did park somewhere else that was quite near to the shower block and personally, I think it was a better location for my wife.
The shower/toilet block was and still is the best that I have ever seen. They were always spotlessly clean, no matter what time of day you visited.
The site is very reasonable and child friendly. I found the shop a little expensive but they are at most campsites. The pitches were ok but not of a generous size.
The club was very good.
I will definitely pay another visit next time we decide to go to Brean Sands again.

A lovely site to visit with young children, lots to do.
My children 5/2 loved the animals, danny the donkey toys cost me a fortune
The beach is just across a busy road, if you have a lot of beach stuff I would drive as you can park on the beach for a few quid.
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the on site fish and chip shop.

Wow! What a fantastic site. This was a late booking for us and we went for 6 nights, at what we felt was a bargain price. We stayed on field 11 (myself, husband and 5 yr old grandson). Pitches are a lovely size and lots of space between units. Fields are well tended and looked after, we also found ours to be level. Your not allocated a pitch, so you get the chance to make a good choice of where you'd like to pitch up. We were right next to the play area that the grandson loved, making new friends every day.
Toilets and showers are kept lovely and clean, showers are 50p but in my opinion well worth it, lovely & hot, lots of space and seem to last longer than the stated 8 mins.
There is a play barn with soft play area and Amusement's just enough to keep the little ones entertained. There is also tractor rides on a Saturday & you can help put the pets to bed every night at 6. 30.
They have wall climbing and archery on Tuesday and a market on Wednesdays. Well worth a visit.
We only ate at the Beachcomber Inn on one night and the food, service and price was excellent. A visit to the ice cream shop next to the Beachcomber is a must, yummy and worth the price.
Both shops on site sold all the basics you need and the staff are all lovely.
If you want a pool or more in the way of theme park then you only have to walk about 1. 5 miles along the beach for all the major attractions. We had a great day out.
If your looking for a quiet site with enough to keep the little ones busy, look no further. We can't wait to go back next year with all the family.

Stayed here with my children and a group of friends, in field 6. Couldn't pitch near them as there's no option to book pitches together, which is a shame. Pitch sizes are not generous and we felt very jammed in on all sides.
The site has very easy access to the beach which was great.
The toilet/shower block was modern and, considering the number of people using it (and children running around unsupervised at all hours), very clean. The cleaner worked so hard to keep it looking nice and was very friendly and helpful. Showers were 50p for 8mins. They were lovely and hot, and very clean but not sure why they were not included in pitch fees.
Shop sold a good selection of basic foods and toys.
Soft play area was ok, bit over-rated on the website, didn't keep our kids busy for very long.
On-site chippy - chips were lovely, not such great fish.
'Pet's corner' was a disappointment. 1 donkey, 2 goats and a few ducks in a field.
Would I stay there again? No, sorry. Just too jammed in and noisy for us.

Stayed for 6 nights, it was our first visit to Warren Farm. Fantastic site amazingly clean staff really friendly and helpful. Toilets where clean all the time and Marilyn the lady who cleaned the ladies was such a lovely person.
Washing up facilities 1st class.
Huge pitch we stayed on field 11 the couple in recepion was so helpful its was lovely, . Lovely playing fields and shops where well stocked.
Only one thing I didn't like was the old gentleman who put the guinea pigs and Danny the donkey to bed, baring in mind you have young kids sat there waiting for a chance to hold a piggie he came out with 2 piggies held upside down and threw them in the kids laps. The piggies have lots of war wounds on them which some of the kids where a bit worried about. We decided to go for breakfast before we started our trip home they where happy for us to leave our trailer and go off and eat we were told don't rush back enjoy your day.
Warren Farm is a first class site and we will be going again next year but hopefully for longer.

Been to this site the last two years running just for two nights each visit. I went with my two boys aged 7 and 13. I think it is a lovely site with plenty of space. The children's playground wasn't big but all the kids on our field made good use of it. The facilities are excellent toilet block etc were spotless. The shop had a good selection of stock it did shut a bit early as did the cafe considering it was the peak season but there are plenty of alternatives not too far away. The beach is just across the road from the site and it is a beautiful clean beach. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended

This is the 2nd time in 6 weeks we have visited this site cause we love it. The site was very busy, the shower blocks had taken a battering but the wardens tried to keep up, cleaning them. The play area was about a 2min walk from the tent, but we where closer to the lakes which are full of fish, and stunning views at sunset. We visited the beachcomber pub which has entertainment for adults and kids. There's a well stocked shop and a chip shop mmm, also an area for kids to win tokens, . There's also another shop on site which stays open later. Just outside the farm you've a water park nice but not cheap and there's a takeaway Chinese and another pub if you turn right out of farm. Forgot to say I used the disability units very clean but forgot to book a pitch. When leaving we met the wardens from field 6 nice seeing them again. So we have booked to go again at the end of august so please visit its great
