We don't normally use this size of campsite and wont again. We had lights stolen from outside our awning, the people opposite had there daytent ransacked and tent pegs stolen. The place was full of large groups of people and its windbreak city, loud music everywhere during the day. Apart from the wind ,the local attractions are good and the site facilities are good. Would recommend if on a budget and you don't move far, and you have small children.

We booked a pitch on field five for three weeks July 15th to August 5th where our two poodles were catered for. The idea was to share the use of our tourer for all the family. My wife, eldest son & myself with the poodles took the first week, the subsequent second & third weeks to accommodate my 2nd son & his family with x3 children (9, 8 & 3yrs), Third son with single 3yr old. Using the 3rd week.
Reception were most obliging, efficiently booking our three families in, invoicing us all separately all done over the phone with written confirmations posted promptly. Our journey from Rhyl N. Wales was slowed down by traffic jams meaning a late arrival. A quick phone call to alert reception was greeted with a friendly reassurance that the office was open til 10o'clock and if later security would assist us to our field. On arrival we were made to feel welcome, invoice quickly administered with helpful instructions on how to
Set up pitch plus loads of literature dispensed of entertainment on site & surrounding area.
The plot that we chose was spacious with plenty of room to accommodate our full awning on our Sprite Major & room for parking car. The grass in all areas were well maintained (but did tend to traipse into awning area particularly when wet).
Electric hook ups were handy & in good order. Water was sited aprox 200yds away with waste & drinking separated, easy to use but a bit of a distance to pull the the water hogs for the less mobile but no problem for the younger members of the family. Disabled facilities were bookable near to toilet blocks.
Shower/ toilet facilities were modern, clean & a pleasure to use, the 50p charge for showers, giving 8mins duration was good value. With pipped music from the local radio station plus announcements of local events was a pleasant touch putting you in the holiday mood. The high standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay.
The shop was adequate for our needs with a good selection of groceries reasonably priced & backed up with friendly helpful service.
Eating & entertainment was of a very high standard with a modern ambience backed up with pleasant staff who efficiently carried out their duties. The high standard of service plus good variety of meals offered were good value & was consistent during our stay.
The specials @ £2. 99 were super value for those wanting a cheap light meal at lunch times.
The professional entertainment was particularly appreciated by our young families' parents, with the young children enjoying the holiday atmosphere. Our sons & their wives took advantage of the 4pint jugs of lager @ £9. 99 - say no more!
The beach is truly handy being just across the road from the main entrance, miles of sandy beach where weather permitting kids can fly their kites play their games or build sandcastles & parents can join in or relax. Some were spending most of the day on the beach parking their cars nearby making it easy for picnicking.
We all took advantage of the nearby attractions enjoying the newly rebuilt Pier at Weston with the youngsters taking full advantage of Picton Park & finding dad's rear car window washer being dismantled by the monkeys as hilarious. The big wheel on the prom at Weston was most enjoyable particularly on a dry clear day with interesting distance views.
All in all we were all very pleased with our stay at Warren farm and most of all by the friendly service given by all of the staff. Perhaps the facility of an indoor swimming pool might help offset the rainy days particularly for the youngsters. The website is most helpful, easy to use, and accurate.

I've just returned from a 4 night stay here with my 8 year old son. We had a brilliant time. When we arrived at the site I had some doubts as it is a huge place and was very busy. We found a nice pitch though and I was very impressed with how well the grass was cut and the generous size of the pitches. We paid £20 per night for an electric hook up pitch which I thought was quite reasonable considering it was peak season. The toilets and showers were very nice and cleaned regularly although it was a bit of a pain having to pay 50p for a shower that lasted 8 minutes especially when I was trying to shower my son at the same time. If the shower goes off you have to get out and put another 50p in the meter which is situated by the entrance so that was a bit inconvenient but nothing terrible. My son was very impressed with the Playbarn which contains a softplay area and lots of machines and games to play on but his favourite part of the site was the pets' corner. He loved the guinea pigs and looked forward to 6. 30pm each evening when you got the chance to hold them and help put them to bed. The bus stop is more or less just outside the campsite entrance and we caught the bus into Weston a couple of times and also to Burnham on Sea. If we'd had more time we would have gone to Wells or Wookey Hole. A family day out ticket costs £10 so is good value. The 'village' of Brean consists mainly of caravan sites and a funfair but there are a few convenience stores and other small shops. The beach is massive and there's plenty of room to play games. Considering the site is so big and was so busy when we visited there was no noise which was a pleasant surprise. Well worth a visit.

This is a big site with fields for different units. We were in meadow, which was a tent-only field, we liked that. There were some dogs around but they were kept tethered.
There was space to fly a kite and do handstands. The toilets were mostly clean although at times they could have been cleaned more often. Covered washing-up area handy if it's raining.
Staff all unfailingly very helpful and friendly. Ice-block rental 20p per freeze, 80p deposit. At night we could hear the sea, rather lovely.
The area has Cheddar Gorge, well worth a visit; Brean Down, a pleasant walk; Street's shopping village isn't that far if you want to shop; Weston has it's sand sculpture competition altho we didn't make it. Of course there is the beach too.
Bear in mind: It's a windy spot so getting the tent up can be a challenge.
There is a Beachcomber on site, slot machines, it's quite a touristy area, so if you prefer camping for the joy of it (like us), and spending time with like-minded people, this may not be quite what you are looking for.

We stayed in a tent no hook up. There are toilets on the field no showers they are a small walk into the next field. The toilets were well cleaned and so were the showers. There was a park on the next field that the children loved. The play barn is lovely for the children although take your purse because of the flashing lights ha!
Pets corner was loved by our children they have guinea pigs for the little ones to hold also they have Danny the donkey they can sit on
The Shop is well stocked and reasonable - the takeaways are again reasonable and very nice.
All staff are very friendly and also very helpful
The beach nearby isnt all that, I would recommend Western the Pier is now very good went there sometime ago and it was dilapidated. The pier is very good when raining.
The downside to warren farm for us is that it is Huge and we prefer a smaller campsite other than that I would recommend

Just come back stayed in Sunny Side, lovely campsite, booking to go back next week, but go a bit closer to entertainment and shower blocks this time. Weather was awful but just got on with it. Chinese and fish and chip shop on site was ok but went to the beachcomer bar for food - had steak and ale pie which was home cooked it was lovely. Hubby had faggots, two big ones which he said were delicious and a good price too. Staff where lovely in there and very quick service will go for food there again they also keep a nice pint there too.

Visited this site should have been for a week, but after 3 days of torrential rain and gale force winds we called it a day. The facilities, toilets washroom spotless. The showers are fifty pence which you put in the meter of the shower your going to use ok, but it was a regular event that you paid went to the number shower cubicle and waited for it to start, and aaaagh it didn't. It is a family site and we personally found it too noisy, good family site but not for us

This was our first caravan holiday, my wife myself and our 2 year old daughter. On first arriving we booked our pitch, very friendly receptionist and very helpful and answered all our questions ie about electric hookups, toilet blocks ect. After setting up our van and awning decided to freshen up using on site block, very clean and fresh looking and well stocked with soap ect. As we ventured back my ever energetic daughter decided to do a runner straight to the play area, she enjoyed herself and very soon became tired(great). Night time and soon we settled down, site was quiet and lovely to here everyone just relaxing and doing the same. Morning has broken had to fill up aqua roll with fresh water, just a few paces and job done, nothing was too much, everything was all within a hands reach, We had such lovely weather and despite this was our first time away we was eager to get thinking about next weekend. We only had 3 days away and felt like a week. What a lovely place to be. This year we have upgraded to a new van and looking forward to 10 days at this site. Highly recommended for all familys.

What a find, fantastic site, cannot fault it in any area.
Firstly their online booking system was very easy to use and you can choose a field which is either pet friendly or not which I really liked. On arrival we were met by very friendly and helpful staff in the reception where we were given a pack with information on the site and local area.
We actually arrived early which did not upset them in any way, pitches are not pre-allocated and we were told we could drive round our field and if a pitch was available and we liked where it was take it or wait until other campers had gone and we were free to use the facilities in the meantime.
Luckily for us we found a perfect pitch, right opposite a central grassed area with various play equipment across it and not to far from the utilities. Our 2 and half year old boy was able to play with the other children on the play equipment, where we could see him, whilst we pitched our tent, massive bonus.
The toilet/shower block is unbelievable, has private washbasins so you can have a wash and get changed, and I liked the fact that I wasn't brushing my teeth in public either. A lovely area for styling hair (sockets for hairdryer etc) and applying make up.
The showers are coin operated 50p, nice temp and was plenty time to shower, even for me! Kept really clean also. Dishwashing is in another part of this building, indoors, plenty hot water a sinks, there is also a laundry room but we did not use this.
The clubhouse called the Beachcomber is really great, great food and entertainment for both children and adults. The playbarn is fantastic, out little boy loved it, and the animals too. The market is really good on the site also, much better than the one further into Brean.
They do not freeze blocks for you but the hire them out for a very reasonable 20p per block, they also hire out most equipment you may need, including EHU and pushchairs for very reasonable prices.
The site is huge with several fields so not for folk who like to be secluded but even though it is so big we did not suffer from disturbance, probably due to the night patrol, which is very reassuring.
All in all we can't wait to go back next year.

This is a return visit, 3rd time now - and we were only one of a handful of campers - seems to be more and more caravans here.
Toilet/shower block very clean, I am sure the cleaner was stalking me - she was always in there when I was! Showers are 50p - but no waiting and always kept clean.
The Beachcomber pub now allows dogs in - brill! Also he was allowed in the National Trust cafe at Brean Down - recommend the breakfast there!
We like it here, has something for everyone. Well stocked shop and takeaway on site too.
We will return!
