 Extremely clean facilities.

As someone who didn't require an electrical hook up it would be good to see a reduced option for people who self sufficient.

Friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first trip out in the new caravan. This time we were just on our own with no children. We chose Lickpenny as we were going to Matlock Bath Illuminations.

It's a very nice site, pitches have hedges or trees between them which gives privacy. It cost £73 for 2 nights, Fully serviced was £40 per night.

It was quite peaceful, no noisy children or parties going on.

It was blowing a gale, so too windy to put the awning up but we can't blame the site for that, we could have asked to be moved to somewhere more sheltered.

All in all we're very pleased with the van and the site.

Beautiful well kept, peaceful site, 10 minutes from matlock centre ? Bus or car.

First class facilities, enormous well spaced pitches.

We had a lovely stay and will certainly return in the near future.

Big campsite Although the campsite was nearly empty, excellent facilities and very warm welcome from wardens.

Nice places to eat locally and a good base for seeing the sights.

Also good if you have a dog.

Lovely area, beautifully laid out site with large private pitches,

The shower and toilet blocks were very well kept lovely clean shower cubicles and plenty hot water, lots of waste disposal points and fresh water points also.

Friendly helpful staff too. Great value for money, unfortunately no concessions for pensioners but you have to ask.

Plenty of places to visit close by too.

All round a great site to visit.

Really nice site, large pitch and swift check-in. Definitely return in the future.

This site is clean tidy with lovely views and immaculately kept facilities.

Nice touch having fish and chip van visit site!

Ideally situated for Bakewell and Matlock (places we visited).
